I would like to share my experience…
I would like to share my experience with this prop firm platform.
In my opinion, this is a very poor platform due to the extremely high spreads and the unclear charting system they provide. I am not sure what type of chart they are using because, especially on the 1-minute and 5-minute charts, it appears similar to a Heikin-Ashi chart rather than a standard candlestick chart.
Because of this, it becomes very difficult to properly analyze the market. Important technical areas such as support and resistance levels, order blocks (OB), and fair value gaps (FVG) are not clearly visible or reliable on their platform.
I also had a bad experience where trades appeared to open automatically without my consent, which raised serious concerns for me. Based on my experience, I do not feel this prop firm provides a reliable or transparent trading environment.
This is only my personal opinion based on my experience, but I would advise traders to be very careful and do proper research before using this platform.
Please stay away from this platform and consider other more reliable options.
Thank you.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, terminal seems to be bad, candles are not visible properly, orders are not placed where they are placed but are placed somewhere else and the SL is hit more than the SL for which it is placed. I have 400 mbps speed

I purchased a 2-step $5,000 funded…
I purchased a 2-step $5,000 funded account on March 9th. I passed the first step after two months (in May) and passed the second stage in 10 days. I then received my funded account (ID: 154380) and made a profit of 379 USDT.I registered with Rise Pay, but they did not verify my identity. I submitted a payout request on June 15th and received a Sumsub verification link. I uploaded all the required documents, but they told me they could not verify me.Because my KYC was not completed, I did not receive my payout. Additionally, the TFR team refunded my $36 fee and closed my account. I understand not receiving the payout if KYC is incomplete, but I do not think it is fair that they closed my account. Now, my Rise Pay KYC is finally complete, but I cannot resubmit my payout request because my account is already closed."
Their support team hardly replies..
Their support team hardly replies... I wanted their support team to check my funded accounts if they have breached or not cz my daily losses were near to the daily loss limit but never crossed it... But i saw many posts that their accounts were breached for the daily loss limit rule, but they also hadn't crossed the daily loss limit... But the funded room breached their accounts adding spread or execution impact... And the worst thing is the funded room is breaching the accounts just before 1-2 days of payout or on the day of payout, thought the violations took place many days ago... If the violation did take place, then why not informing the account owner at that moment!? Such rubbish...
For those reasons,i wanted to check out both of my accounts now if they have breached hiddenly or not... But their customer service didn't pay heed to me... I requested them many times to check but i got no response... Ig they love to play with the emotions of us to breach the account suddenly just before payout... I had a lot of trust on mayank sir... But i have lost it... Whatever this was my review regarding their support team... My email:
Dear funded room,
I want you to check if my two funded accounts have been breached or not? I'm talking about the day lost the most (2026-06-22)... on the 164291 account, i lost 139.71 usd in a single day and on 168953 account, i lost 147.02 usd in a single day... According to my portfolio and daily loss limit, I'm safe... I haven't breached... And i also asked 3 times you guys that if those accounts have been breached hiddenly or not? But every time you guys told me that both of the accounts are safe and they haven't any reason to be breached... But today i saw a guy's post on X with proof claiming that his daily loss was near to daily loss limit but it didn't cross the daily loss limit... but you guys breached his account adding the spread / execution impact!! I'll attach that proof too... so my question is why that spread or execution impact will be counted separately? Cz when we place a trade already the trade opens in negative... spreads are cut at that moment... so why the spread or execution impact will be counted separately? No other prop firms do that... is it a new way to breach the accounts forcefully? We had a lot of trust on mayank sir... but honestly we have lost that trust... because we saw accounts to be breached just before the day of payout or on the day of payout claiming "Toxic trading"... legit propfirms never do that... I want to believe in the funded room too... but you guys activities don't let us to do that... whatever please check if both of my funded accounts have been breached on the day i lost the most or not? I hope you guys will understand the day I'm talking about after looking into my portfolio... please do tell me now if those are breached or not considering the spread/execution impact!!! Please do let me know if they have been breached or not clearly!! Cz i don't want any drama if i become eligible for payout... Though previously 3 times, you guys told me that my accounts were safe... but then i saw the spread/ execution impact concept you guys are applying for breaching the accounts...So i respectfully ask you to check both of my funded accounts...
And also please tell me why you're guys deducting the profits of those trades closed under 2 minutes? If that's the case then why isn't it mentioned in the rules? These are serious allegations... Please do clarify it...
" IF YOU GUYS FIND ANY VIOLATION THEN LET ME KNOW NOW AND BREACH THE ACCOUNT !! BUT I DON'T ANY DRAMA BEFORE OR DURING PAYOUT."

Unfair Account Swap, Complete Support Silence & Refund Request
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Funded Room.
On February 27, 2026, I purchased a $5,000 Two-Step Challenge and successfully passed Phase 1 through legitimate trading.
The following morning, I received an email stating that the company had experienced a bot attack and that "ghost trading" had affected my account. Without my knowledge or consent, my purchased $5K Two-Step Challenge was removed and replaced with a $10K Instant Account (Account ID: 20273).
The problem is that this Instant Account came with a 15% consistency rule, which is completely incompatible with my trading strategy. I use a high risk-to-reward approach (often 1:10 or higher), making it impossible for me to trade the way I normally do.
After this unexpected change, I contacted support more than 10 times, asking them to replace the Instant Account with a normal 1-Step or 2-Step Challenge, which is what I originally wanted. Unfortunately, I received no response at all.
With no support and no alternative offered, I had no choice but to trade the forced account. I even generated around $200 in profit, but because of the consistency rule, I couldn't withdraw it. Eventually, the pressure created by these forced restrictions led to a daily loss limit breach, and the account was closed.
I believe this situation was caused by your internal system issue, not by anything I did wrong. More importantly, my repeated support requests were completely ignored.
I respectfully ask The Funded Room to review my case, respond publicly, and provide a fair solution, including a full refund of my original purchase if my original challenge cannot be restored.
Details:
Purchase Date: February 27, 2026
Forced Account ID: 20273
I hope your team will finally respond and resolve this matter professionally.
