I purchased a $10k account (Account No. 164751) from The Funded Room. After trading for 11 days, I requested a payout of $351 on Monday, June 29, 2026; however, the account was closed on the evening of June 30, 2026. Account 164751 no longer appears on the platform, and I received an email stating that the account was being closed because the verification process was incomplete and that a refund of $36 was being issued—a refund I have yet to receive. Firstly, does a $10k account even cost $36? On what basis was a $36 refund calculated—and one that hasn't even arrived yet? The Funded Room is a fraudulent company; no trader should buy an account from them.

It has now been 3 days since that response, and I have still not received the final review outcome or the detailed evidence I requested.
I appreciate that they acknowledged the review was ongoing. However, my concern remains the delay and the lack of a clear, consistent explanation for Account 126423. Throughout this process I have received different loss figures for the same alleged breach and have repeatedly requested the complete trade-by-trade calculation and supporting records.
I have been a long-term customer, purchased more than 10 accounts, successfully received payouts, and referred friends to The Funded Room. That is why I expected a transparent and timely resolution to this dispute.

They are scaming people. They are doing a very negative thing that no one could earn. Today i open trade with 0.01 lot size but their system opened the trade with 0.11 lot size and u know what happen the reached daily loss limit in minutes and it happened 2 times. First time account was safe bcz i exited the trade but second time account failed.
They are doing this when they know well where the candles are going because they also have 10 seconds difference in real teading.
Not recieved even reply from their support team. They are literally scaming. I was profitable with my risk management but they opened high lot size and account gone in minutes. Dont trust
