Very bad experience at fruik. I ordered two items on 9 mar 2026which costed me 4000 and haven’t received it till date and I am getting no support from them they have started ignoring my calls and not replying on mail also

Love the quality and potency of the essential oils! The blends are really well thought out too!

Poor product quality and zero customer support.
The diffuser barely gives any fragrance, making it useless. Despite raising the issue, there has been no proper response from the company.
No return/refund policy and ignoring customers after sale is highly unprofessional.

I purchased the Fruik PureWave Adaptive Protection System to use in a small room, expecting effective mosquito control. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
The device was placed in an open area, not obstructed by furniture, so airflow and coverage should not have been an issue. Despite this, it had virtually no impact on mosquito activity. Mosquitoes continued to fly around freely, and I even observed them sitting directly on the device while it was operating, which strongly suggests it was not repelling them at all.
For a product marketed as an “adaptive protection system,” the performance did not meet basic expectations. It did not reduce bites, mosquito presence, or activity in any noticeable way. In my case, it functioned more like a decorative gadget than a practical solution.
Overall, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this device if you are looking for reliable mosquito protection for a small indoor space.

Mosquito repellent does not work at all. Mosquitoes stay in the room. Not effective

I got an aroma diffuser from fruik a few months back. Absolutely loved it and the frangrances as well. They have a very soft and soothing smell. Love usung them at my home and work place.

I am fan of fruik now as it helped me to keep my home full of nice aromas I specially use it for my bedroom and Pooja room I was allergic to many perfumes dhoop and agarbattis when I used these oils I didn’t face any problem

Absolutely love the minimalist design of this ripple focus diffuser. It looks like a piece of decor! The Sandalwood oil creates such a grounding, spa-like atmosphere in my room. Great products and fast shipping

I’ve never been someone who uses a diffuser but thought I’d give this one a a try as they have great online presence and their reviews seemed to be legit.
First I’d like the speak about the design of their diffusers - They are extremely elegant and clean. Even if you don’t use it looks great as a show piece.
Secondly the fragrance of the oils ! They are fantastic !! My home and office space haven’t smelt better !! (Ps after ordering for my house to check out the product got one for my office as well)

I bought pure air pro diffuser and its amazing, I have tried a few before it but non lasts long, definitely worth the price.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fruik.

I ordered their aroma diffuser with patchouli oil and, after placing the order, contacted their team to confirm whether it was safe to use around pets. Instead of giving a clear answer, they provided vague and unclear responses. As a pet owner, safety is my top priority. If a company is selling products that may affect animals, they should be able to clearly state whether it is safe or not.

Since I did not receive any proper clarification, I requested a cancellation. I was told cancellation was not possible. After doing my own research about aroma diffusers and their effects on pets, I decided I did not want to risk it and refused delivery when it arrived.

After that, I received a call from a representative named Purva. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. Instead of addressing my concern, she seemed upset that I had refused the delivery and focused more on pushing the product. When I asked for written confirmation that the diffuser and oil are safe around pets, I was told that I should have done my own research before ordering and that I could test it myself or check with a vet.

Telling a customer to “test it themselves” when they are concerned about their pet’s safety is not acceptable customer service. If the product is safe, provide written assurance. If not, be transparent.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Fruik, especially to pet owners. Poor communication, no flexibility with cancellation, and very unprofessional handling of genuine safety concerns.

Have been ordering essential oils from Fruik from quite some time, even have their diffuser. The product is lovely and the oils are amazing especially the lavender one.

I have very rich & great experience with pure air pro diffuser with sandle wood oil and my family is also very happy with these experience.
