Order not received

I ordered Hydrangea root from this company approximately 4 months ago, I paid £198, did not receive my order, I emailed them several times with no reply, I called the phone number several times with no answer. Now on my shop app which shows me my order status it says the order has been cancelled, I’m so disappointed.

Unable to order

Have had a great experience with this site in the past but for nearly a week I can not checkout my cart, says site maintenance!
Messaged repeatedly and just told we our sorting issue. Obviously not as other reviews have said this has been going on for a long time, 4 weeks +

Maintenance issues at Checkout

I have previously had absolutely perfect service ordering from Foodmarket.com, but for almost the past 3 weeks, every time I attempt to checkout, I am met with a message stating they were carrying out maintenance and to check back later. This message has appeared repeatedly despite numerous attempts over this time.

Abandoned my cart

I happily filled a virtual shopping cart with £55 worth of treats, only to find that shipping would be over £30.

Not for me, thanks. I'm off to unsubscribe and find somewhere else to shop.

Bought as a gift for my father

Bought as a gift for my father, and he had a call from DHL describing the contents and he was then emailed a customs form which he had to complete and return before they would send out the package. So not much of a surprise! I emailed The Food Market asking if this is normal and didn't receive a reply. So, in summary, great products but don't buy a surprise gift.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I recently received an incorrect delivery of heath supplement juices, I only realised this a few weeks after we unpacked them! I emailed the Food Market on Friday afternoon and they responded immediately. A day later they have spoken to the merchant and resolved the issue with great diligence and efficiency!
