Human interactions are so important when deciding about your living space, and I reached out to this company based on friend's recommendation. Here is what I found: the staff is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, they haven't simply helped, but rather opened my mind about my house settings and look. My Victorian building now feels as if it gained 100K in value only thanks to their recommendations. Not to mention the quality of the products and the professionalism of the installation, which is a rare treasure to find these days. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys deserved it. Excellent customer care from start to finish. We needed our floor laid quite urgently ahead of our new kitchen arriving in a matter of few weeks. The team were able to advise and deliver with great care and competence. Very happy with the result.

An excellent experience with The Flooring Group.

The Flooring Group did an excellent job on the new Amtico flooring in my kitchen. They were extremely helpful and polite and everything was always on time. The fitters did a wonderful job with minimal mess and all waste was taken away. All they left was a beautiful new clean floor.

A really good service. Jamil was helpful and friendly and has a good election of product samples to view in the store. The fitters were extremely proficient and cared about their work. We have used Hampstead Flooring on several occasions over the years, and have always found them to be top notch and good value.

Everything went super smoothly, from start to finish. There was a little issue from our side (last minute rescheduling of installation), Jamil helped us out and sorted everything very quickly. And of course, the most important thing, quality of installation is very high.
I would recommend.

To begin, the office offered fair and meaningful advice regarding the carpet itself. Their sincerity and professional knowledge were exemplary. Then, the actual process to final installation went very smoothly. The measuring step as well as the actual installation were efficiently organized and expertly handled. All in all, I very good experience, and we love the final look!

5 stars for the Flooring Group. Daniel has been always very responsive and professional and Neil has done a fantastic job laying the floor. Very satisfied with the results and with the whole process from start to finish using the flooring group, would definitely using them again.

It was very useful to be able to book an appointment with Jamil at the company’s Hampstead shop to discuss carpeting options. We then received samples from manufacturers that enabled us to select colour and quality. The next step was a visit from the estimator and after a few weeks the carpets themselves were fitted by a polite fitter and his mate . The quality of carpet is excellent and we are very pleased with the final result.

When I visited the shop I was met with a warm welcome. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and recommended a carpet to meet my needs. They visited my flat and measured up and quickly produced a detailed quotation which I was happy to accept. We agreed an installation date which was critical to dove-tail with the decorators. They arrived exactly as agreed and did a first class job with which I am delighted. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars.
