Another jet broker left us stranded with no flight two hours before our scheduled departure. We reached out The Flight King and had the good fortune to have GARY take care of us. Within 45 minutes, he had us scheduled on a flight within a half an hour of our original departure! He attended to us all weekend—to ensure sure we arrived and that we were happy with the flight/ crew (which we were)! He even checked in to confirm our return flight! The personal service far surpassed any jet service we have used to date. We were so grateful to GARY for going the extra mile to get us to our destination on time!! As we get older, long flights in coach are starting to bother us and our backs, hips, you name it. Paul has been quite helpful in finding affordable first/business class seats for us, and he is very responsive to my texts and emails. I’m glad to be a geezer who gets to sleep almost horizontally in a plane.
