Poor customer service
I found the two pair of shoes that I ordered to be of very good quality and very stylish. However, the hiking shoes seemed very rough around the toe area and both pairs were slightly larger than expected allowing my foot to slip out at the heel.
My biggest complaint is with trying to return both pair. I have sent an email via contact@ fitville, called the customer service number only to be disconnected at the end and filled out a form with explaination leaving my phone number and email and have yet been contacted. I find this both upsetting and unfortunate as I feel this could be a very good company if they had better customer service.

First, the customer service is superb! Quick response and resolution. Shoes arrived sooner than expected and my husband loves them. He said he’s going to order more shoes. So hard finding fashionable comfortable shoes for his large feet but I’m glad we have.

It's hard to find 6E width in any shoe/sneaker that is under 160-200 Dollars. The price is more than reasonable. I received the package earlier than the expected delivery date. My father loves the sneakers I purchased they are easy to close and he feels more stable in them then other top brand name sneakers. Definitely will buy again from this company

Shoes arrived quickly but didn’t fit…
Shoes arrived quickly but didn’t fit properly and ordered more than one size to try. Was offered to keep the shoes for discounted amount instead of being refunded. Saw no point in keeping shoes that don’t fit. Refund has now finally arrived after writing this review which prompted a response from the company.
