Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace
I had got a standard fish & chips £12.00
I had waited about 20 minutes in qué I took it outside to eat it & I couldn't eat it batter was so crispy I couldn't even see this fish; chips were dry & cold .I threw it in the bin was absolutely disgusted.I called in & basically they weren't interested as they where so busy.I will leave this review here so everyone can see it & I hope the owner is proud of his business

1 star is too much as I have ordered a…

1 star is too much as I have ordered a delivery in the afternoon for dinner, so 6 hours in advance, has been cancelled it during the delivery time. I called asking the reason and I was told that they are going to prioritise the queue they have at the moment.
