I ordered the Firez 1800 slimline and…

I ordered the Firez 1800 slimline and was unsure whether to trust the company. After a phone call with Phoebe it was explained to me why the price was much cheaper than other sites and it made sense as they don’t have a show room and deliver directly from the factory where it’s made. I called the factory to check they were a real supplier and everything checked out okay. I ordered it last Friday and it was delivered today (Thursday) even though I was told a week which was amazing! I upgraded to the deluxe logs and it looks gorgeous I couldn’t be happier. Phoebe was really helpful and kind thank you so much!
