Need to update customer more.
I suddenly noticed an amount of €30 coming off my credit card "weekly!" Being a woman of small means financially, I couldn't for the life of me know what this was for. I cancelled the payments immediately through my bank and contacted the company right after. I dealt with 5 separate people Jose, Nate, Johnny,Paul and Declan all of whom were unhelpful and even condescending. Obviously, I'm out of pocket €100 for some service I neither signed up for or received. All they were doing was taking my money, I never received any emails, correspondence or had any contact with this company apart from them taking my money.
And then they had the audacity to email me looking for a review!
Scammers!

How?
I still cannot work out how I came to be signed up with this firm who seem to be based in Cyprus. It was only when I received my credit card statement that I found out I was signed up to them.
To give them credit they are now refunding the two amounts they deducted from my credit card account.
