I love it, I only miss groups for those who don't need to lose so much. At the same time, I am totally humbled by those who saved their health this way. In conclusion, I learned a lot, but I don't get so motivated. Thanks to all who shared their journey and hard-earned wisdom.
Carol Anne was not very helpful for the last half or so of my time being with in your program. I would get notices we had a meeting after the meeting time, she was suppose to email me things and would never get anything from her. I would email her and I would not hear anything from her. Like I was bothering her!!
