Fraudsters

Placed an order that was confirmed
No dispatch for a week
Emailed once - no reply
Emailed again and threatened a credit card claim and a negative review (which i am leaving here!).
2 hours later got a notification that the order was cancelled and refund applied

I only got a refund because I followed up - if I had left it, they would have just taken the money
Fraud company, but at least I got my money.

Always pay with credit cards with such companies!

no show of bought item and no response

I ordered a ball pit for my daughter on 26/10/22, I was told maximum delivery in the email would be 7-10 days. It’s now the 26/11 and still no ball pit.
In the mean time I’ve emailed them three times, they do not respond.
There is no contact number or an alternative email address or enquiry box where I can contact them to see if it is coming.

egg chair chair

I ordered an eggchair on 9th September and adviced 5-10 days delivery due to week ends and bank holiday adviced 10 days would be 26th September.
Still no chair it is now 8th October no chair
I have emailed they do respond after 48 hrs and have refunded my delivery charge
But no chair
It is now 29 days since I placed order
Would be very careful if choosing this company

Delivery times are a lie

I bought a bag for my sister’s birthday present on 10/7/22, it stated a delivery time of 2-5 days which I was happy with. I waited and waited and finally emailed on 19/7/22 asking for a delivery update I was informed it hadn’t even been dispatched yet but they would do it the following day. It’s now 1/8/22 and I have no bag. I’ve emailed asking for a refund but they’ve ignored my email.

Do not buy from this company!

What a sham of a company.

What a sham of a company.. I wanted to buy an egg chair then realised they added £30 for shipping at the end so decided against it, then I received an email saying take 10% off and free delivery, I thought great and went to purchase the item but the link didn’t work, after numerous back and forth messages when they finally could be bothered to reply I am still no closer to purchasing this egg chair, it’s a complete sham, links don’t work, discount codes don’t work and have lost all faith in this company, do not waste your time like I did very frustrating, to top it off I am still getting emails from them saying 10% off and free delivery, will never use so you have been warned.

The reviewer's correspondence was responded to regarding this matter and they were provided with a free shipping code for their order - however this was never redeemed.

Emails to the customer service team were received containing abusive language, something we will not tolerate, especially towards our hardworking staff.

Great product, great price

Wrong item recieved. I emailed the company and they resolved the problem very quickly. The correct item was sent out immediately and arrived the folling day. The item I ordered was hot tools hair straighteners, they seem genuine, great product and a great price. thanks.

Where’s my order?

I ordered a coffee table on the 17th of May only to be told it was out of stock a week later. I agreed to wait an extra couple of weeks as I was told it will be back in stock on the 1st of June. I have since emailed customer services 4 times and got a response a week later advising me that they will check with their warehouse. I’ve waited a few more days but had not had a response so I emailed again but haven’t received a response. Given that it has been over a month since I placed my order, I don’t understand why it hasn’t been a priority to ensure my product has been dispatched? The customer service is so poor, that I have to hound you with emails just to receive a response which was pretty useless.
When will I get my coffee table?

*UPDATE*

I have finally received my coffee table today (6th July) almost 2 months later! As I removed the packaging the base of the larger nest was damaged as the paint is peeling off. I have not received any assembly instructions and am not able to attach the marble top to the base.

I have been very disappointed with the service received, furthermore I have been sent a defective item for which I seem to be missing parts and cannot even assemble.

I would like a full refund for the item and you can arrange for a courier to pick-up your item. I will not be repacking the mess you’ve sent me.

Please arrange the above with immediate effect.

Wrong item delivered

I ordered a coffee table with polished gold legs and have just had one with black legs delivered. I have sent 3 different emails and till now I have not even had one response from them. Really frustrating. Will be keeping this review updated.

Ordered a curler and received a different product!!!

Ordered hot tools barrel curler and was sent the curling iron!! Different product. So difficult to get hold of, sent an email through the website this morning and still no acknowledgment or a response back. I want the product that I paid for, will be extremely annoyed if I have to pay a fee for sending this product back for something I never ordered, already have paid a delivery fee for my item!

Great value Great service Genuine sellers of Dermacol,

After getting three tubes of fake Dermacol foundation makeup from other sellers, at last, I have got the genuine Dermocol from FABB and what a difference there is. The delivery was extremely fast which I was delighted with. I will be purchasing all my makeup from FABB from now on. Everything is very reasonably priced. The Dermacol is great value for money and I have paid more for the fakes. Thank you FABB.
