Propagates ignorance

The Epoch Times is a publication that appeals to gullible and uninformed people. The claims of being unbiased are an outright lie. Only items that already meet the fabricated trumpian propaganda are circulated. Promoting lies - not good.

I never subscribed

I never subscribed, but was billed. When I requested cancellation of my false subscription, a company called snubby, or something close, the offered to process my unsubscription for $27! How did they get my address.

Appears this experience should be referred to the RCMP as a possible scam fraud.

Dear Stan,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for the confusion and concern this situation has caused.

We’ve checked on our end, and we don’t have any connection with a company called “Snubby” or anything similar. They wouldn’t have the ability to cancel a subscription with us or charge a fee to do so.

If you were billed by The Epoch Times, it usually means an account was created with your email address at some point. We’re more than happy to look into this for you, confirm what happened, and make sure your subscription status is exactly how you want it.

Whenever you’re ready, please reach out to us at (https://help.theepochtimes.com or call 1-833-699-1888.) with the email address that received the charge, and our team will assist you right away.

Thank you again for letting us know—we’ll do everything we can to help.

Someone told me to give them a try so I did and all I can say is read with caution. I cannot say I was very impressed. The articles are not factual, they all have an agenda and are not just reporting the news but giving that news a spin like all the other news agencies. If you want unbiased news try Ground News.

Just the facts, ma'am

"All we want are the facts, ma'am."; J. Friday.
Everything in it's own lane. When it's supposed to be investigative reporting that's what I want. However, I do enjoy listening to opinions, but they need to be presented as such.

Fake news…

This is a hack paper that has been shown to ignore rigorous fact gathering and has been caught just making up facts to fit its Narrative which is focused on keeping China and the USA in conflict. It determined support for DT would enable them to do this best due to his not fact based decision making.

Double Standards

Response to ET. Hypocrisy is common in today’s world. ET is no exception.
ET obliged to run articles from AP Press that support rattle leftist nonsense. IE, Charlie Kirk.
Apparently, it is only for ET to run leftist yellow journalism that plainly suggests Charlie Kirk got the bullet he deserves. But it is not ET standard to allow a response of equal collaboration. In this case, ET established standard, "the comment is threatening".
Truly heart breaking that leftist show up in otherwise what was a pretty good media sorce - no longer.

5 years ago when I joined ET as a…

5 years ago when I joined ET as a reader, "objective journalists that left me to decide my views" rather that tell me how to think.
But that was 5 years ago.
Since that time, AP Press articles and contributions have become normal print for readers. As many already know, even before Trump, AP tells people how think and react.
After the senseless murder of Charlie Kirk, ET ran a article "having APPress contribution" where Gavin Newsom expressed political anger of the murder of Charlie Kirk.
May comment to the article, " Gavin Newsom, you have nothing to say. You earned that bullet" - short version of what I said.
ET pulled my comment for encouraging trouble. Ironically the article suggested that Charlie Kirk asked for his own demise, as expressed by AP, Charlie Kirk's rhetoric hot him killed.
In the following exchanges with ET staff, the Editors had no problem with AP expressing the explanation for the killing of Kirk.
ET refused apology for it's hypocrisy and to restore my status. My subscription normally on auto renewal was canceled and I ended ET.
They are today far better media sources then to be trapped by hypocrisy.

Epoch online subscription management confusing!

The Epoch Times has a wide range of topics they report on and I feel they have very fair and honest reporting. I have been following them since covid back in 2020 and have had a digital/paper subscription with them for about 5 years. I enjoyed logging onto my app on my phone to get the most current news around the world. Love Jan Jekielek's interviews, Cross Roads reporting, and Facts Matter! However, the online account management tool is a nightmare! I had hard copy of news going to my elderly parents whom loved getting this unbias news! Parents are now gone and i wanted to just change my account subscription to just digital and what a nightmare that was!! I ended up not changing my subscription but adding additional subscriptions (i am pretty techy but this was crazy confusing!). Then, I called customer services and the person tried to explain to me what subscriptions i had and it was still so confused as to why additional charges were showing up and what subscriptions i actually ended up with so I canceled everything. to bad. Epoch, please do better, this was very frustrating.

The least biased news source

I have used Epoch for a few years and it is now my go-to news source. I hardly trust any other news sources these days but Epoch is the closest to unbiased, fact-based reporting that I have seen. I also like how they report on stories that no one else does, and have lots of educational material and reports.

The truth

I'm sure the far left and most other main stream news facilities hate this paper because the last thing they want is for the Truth to get to the people. That will just hasten their spiraling down viewership.
