My Go-To source of unbaised, broad coverage information

I got tired of news sources that only covered certain topics, were less factual, interpreted the information, and appeared to be designed to excite the audience. Epoch Times: I appreciate having a by-line for quick info with details so I can make my own decisions. ET covers many topics and does not sugar coat nor leave out information. I appreciate ET!

For intelligent people

I especially like the epic times for its thoroughness in departments other than hard news. I specifically use epic times for truth. I love love love the interviews with relevant people dig into a subject matter of importance.

Don't go into the trap of Epoch Times

I already wrote a comment about my experience of ET. Today I want to add my today's experience based on an article about the meeting of European leaders on the Ukraine peace recommendations: a high number of comments were absolutely right-wing biased, just one was in favour of the European initiative to establish a fair recommendation. I gave my response on various of those comments, and they were mostly declined. I have experienced this already for quite some time and have finally given up. The Epoch Times is not neutral at all; it is a propaganda machine for all kinds of far-right followers.
This is not what I understand under Neutrality
!! It is an influential tool of the worst, because it mostly happens between the lines and only sometimes directly. What scares me is the fact that so many people obviously share the view of this newspaper. I can only warn you not to fall for their "independence coating". Their direction is clearly to the right. Think twice before you spend your money for a subscription, as I did.

Dear Dieter,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

We understand that comment moderation can sometimes feel frustrating, especially on topics that generate strong and differing opinions. Our moderation process is guided by a set of community commenting regulations that apply equally to all viewpoints. Comments may be flagged or declined based on factors such as tone, language, or adherence to our guidelines—not on political position.

For transparency, our full commenting regulations and policies are publicly available here:

We appreciate reader engagement and encourage all participants to review these guidelines to better understand how moderation decisions are made.

I like the stories and the facts

I like the stories and the facts.
However at times the articles would repeat itself before getting to the meet of the story.
Also my background and training says put the bottom line up front and then support the story with facts.

Interesting, factual and timely reporting

They report on major events as well as things other outlets ignore. Love their health columns and the info on events in other countries that are seldom seen on TV. Trust them for greater accuracy than most online media.

Easy to subscribe, hard to cancel

They make it very difficult to cancel a subscription. They even have a button you can click on to "Unsubscribe" but that just takes you to a page that says you have to actually phone them within business hours. I didn't have to call anyone to subscribe.
