I ordered a customised lime green numberblocks t-shirt for my grandson's birthday, I had his name and birthday age put on (he absolutely loves numberblocks)
The website was so easy to navigate and delivery was within the time given.
The t-shirt is lovely and the quality is excellent, i will definitely be ordering from you again and highly recommend your service. Thank you so much he is going to love it!

I would avoid ordering from this company. I ordered two items on the 17th of July for my grandsons birthday on the 27th and they didn't arrive. I then contacted the company and was told there was a problem with supplies and that the items would be with me the following week but the items didn't arrive.
I then got an email to say the items had been dispatched on the 9th of August but as of today ( 25th Of August) they haven't arrived so had clearly not been dispatched. I emailed a week ago and didn't get a reply so today I contacted the company via the contact us button on the website. I was then issued a refund a few minutes later with no explanation or apology for the bad service. I now have a very disappointed grandson who was looking forward to having these items for school.
I think this company needs to look at their delivery estimates and increase them and they should also take a course in good customer service. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish

Edit- since this review the company emailed less than 24 hours explaining they had missed the email I had sent and would like my review taken down. I have changed my review as at the time I was angry that my little boys birthday could have been ruined by this as want it to be a tradition to be able to wear birthday pjs but have gone elsewhere.
To conclude this review I would not advise this place as it seems to be the customers fault for little or no contact when all we want is the items not to be chasing all the time.

Really lovely product. Our 4 year old is obsessed with number blocks and as he has an unusual name has never had a bottle with his name on before.
Good communication, would definitely order from this site again.

Ordered some matching t-shirts for my friend and her little girl. Panicked when given the dispatch date that they might not arrive in time for me to wrap and send out for my friend's birthday. Sent three emails over the next three consecutive days that went unanswered but my email on the fourth day was answered very quickly, perhaps because it was sent during the daytime rather than the evening. The seller said she could send the items directly to my friend so that was a relief. The items were delivered in time for her birthday and my friend was delighted with them - great quality items!

Great customer service and Victoria went the extra mile to ensure my son had his favorite numberblocks t shirts for his birthday. Thank you so much. The quality is great of course.

Unfortunately can only give 3 stars as I never received the childs t-shirt I ordered. It was for my 5 year old granddaughters birthday at beginning August. I specified when ordering I needed it by end of July. Unfortunately never received, even until middle August. I contacted several times for updates but very slow in responding. I finally said I was going to my bank to get a refund and would have to review it. Got refund next day. I am not one of those people to give bad reviews quickly but unfortunately I feel that people buying from here would want an honest review, I know I would. It would not stop me buying again but perhaps better communication next time?

Orderd a t-shirt for my son, was outstanding quality, the design graphic was amazing, the colour quality was fantastic, would recommend to anyone who wants to add that special touch to a special occasion, this business carters for all occasions will definitely be using again 😀

Awful company! Ordered a lunch box over a month ago. Emailed when my order was late to which I had a reply saying it would be dispatched in the next couple of days. Left it two further weeks, emailed on multiple separate occasions and had no reply. Raised a PayPal dispute as lucky I had paid through them and amazingly I had a reply 10 minutes later with a pathetic apology after no communication for weeks. Needs a lesson in customer service. AVOID!

Can’t wait to see the feedback where you say it is in some way the customers fault like all the others. Bad customer service.

Amazing products, both the Hey Duggee birthday t shirt and the Sonic sports bottle are great quality. Customer service was good too, the only issue was the dispatch date was much later than i expected. I still got my delivery in time just be aware to order in advance if you need for a special date.

Absolutely awful service! I ordered two tutu’s which the estimated delivery date on the confirmation email was the 22nd July 2022, they still haven’t arrived and the wedding is next weekend. We have had to order again through another company so they arrive in time. After emailing twice the seller still hasn’t responded, which is incredibly bad customer service. Do not waste your time or money on this company!!

Gorgeous t shirt for my son's 5th birthday and he loved it - thank you! Fantastic service from beginning to end so I am a little confused by the bad reviews as this was far from my experience. I had chosen the wrong delivery option but the t shirt was sent out next day delivery anyway to ensure that it was there on time. Highly recommend! Thanks so much X

Really pleased with the personalised t-shirts we ordered for our trip to Disney Land! Lots of choice of different designs. Excellent communication regarding delivery times. Victoria went out of her way to make sure that our t-shirts arrived in time for our holiday. Will definitely use again!

We ordered the duggee personalised pajamas for our sons first birthday and although I was very upset at the chance of them not arriving Victoria went above and beyond to make sure they got here in time.

Email communication was quick and polite, ensuring to reply to every email I sent to her! Very happy with the finished product and will use her services again in the future!

I am always looking for that "something different" for my Grandkids. My Grandson is "Sonic the Hedgehog" daft, so when I saw the personalised tshirts I ordered with his name and the number 10 on it for his forthcoming 10th birthday, along with a personalised Sonic water bottle. I also ordered a "Wild Side" tshirt for his sister, with the hope that she will wear it on the day! There was a wee issue regarding delivery as a full week had passed since I was notified that the items had been despatched. Having emailed Victoria about this she said that she would contact Royal Mail as she had received a few complaints in a similar vein. However, that same day and about an hour after our email conversation, my regular postie delivered said parcel! I notified Victoria immediately. Please do not take issue with the owners of thse small businesses, as once packages/items are out of their hands into those of Royal Mail, you are at the mercy of the postal system! My husband used to be a postie and he could tell you a tale or two!! However, having said all of the above, the tshirts are brilliant and I am absolutely certain that my Grandkids will love them, Keep up the good work Victoria. :)
