Got bought duplicate PRECISION PRO…

Got bought duplicate PRECISION PRO electric razors for by birthday as requested from family after reading reviews, when trying to return one as don't need 2 of tje same item, sent 2 emails got got no response at all very poor customer service if knew this would not or requested the item from my family steer clear of this company returns policy isn't existen and poor indeed still awaiting response.

Quick response and very kind lady who dealt with us

We had a problem with our razor which was purchased as a gift . Unfortunately it stopped working. Jessica answered our email when we contacted the company letting her know our issues. She answered us promptly and asked questions and responded to us quickly.

Trimsafe Body Hair Trimmer (UK)

I had a great experience with Trimsafe. The customer service was excellent—they even gave me a small refund because delivery via Evri took a bit longer than expected. The trimmer itself is fantastic and, in my opinion, outperforms the Manscaped Lawn Mower 3. The only downside is that the built-in light is a little dim, but overall, I’m very happy with the product. Highly recommended!

Scam and or fraudulent company

When I placed an order with I watched in horror as my bank details were sent a lot of people and closed down browser immediately. My bank sent message saying this was a fraud and they stopped payment and am now closely monitoring my account hourly. This is clearly a scam and or fraud do not use them!!!!

AVOID: Responsive for sales, but GHOSTED once "delivered" went missing

I ordered an electronic toothbrush and was initially impressed by how responsive their support (specifically "Jessica") was when I needed to change order details. However, as soon as a real problem arose, they went completely silent.

Six business days after purchase, I received a "Delivered" notification. I always have packages sent to my workplace mailroom, and they have confirmed that no such delivery was ever made. I have emailed support at theelectronicshub.com multiple times over several days to report this, and they have stopped replying entirely.

Major Red Flags:

They are responsive until they have your money and a fake tracking status.

No UK phone number or physical address provided.

I am now initiating a chargeback with my bank. Do not trust this site.

### Update ###
A few days later Jessica replied saying that my emails ended up in her spam folder, said that my delivery was lost, and refunded my purchase.

Do not buy from the electronic hub you…

Do not buy from the electronic hub you will not receive the order I ordered on the 12th October told uk delivery 2 to 5 days was not told they have tried goods came from china it’s now the 28th October still have not received an order on the tracking it’s says unable to deliver no one there to receive or wrong address given this is not true the delivery address is a place of work and the correct address was given emailed company to ask for refund told it was in transit and be delivered 2 to 5 days it was not delivered emailed them again still not heard anything back DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bad service from The Electronics Hub

I ordered an electric toothbrush on 8 August from an ad on Facebook with the promise of 2 - 5 day delivery....I was hoping for the toothbrush before I went away for a couple of weeks. It did not arrive before I went away...and has still not arrived now on 2 September. I sent an email on Thursday 26 August 2025 at 14:00 and received a reply at 20:53 that they would look into it. On Friday 29th when I replied 'thank you', they came back with 'the toothbrush had been dispatched on the 18th Aug and the team would be contacted to supply and update. Monday 1 Sept, I had received no word from them, so I emailed requesting an update. Nothing. On Tuesday 2 Sept I downloaded Shop App in order to track the parcel. It has not been dispatched. By 5pm I still had no response. Having read the reviews and the refund policy, I have now requested a full refund. I will be deleting the Shop App and never responding to a Facebook ad again.
