Mug looks beautiful and the quality is very good. But when there is hot liquid ie coffee in the mug, the lid comes off and spills everywhere. I have the mug only a week and have already distroyed 2 outfits going to work.

We are so sorry to hear about your travel mug spilling. We have sent you an email to address this also. Normally we would have no issues with the travel mugs lids. There are different factors that may effect the lid not sitting properly like the below so please check these.
1. When putting on your lid make sure the slide component is open so to allow excess steam (and pressure) to escape so the lid will sit securely.
The hot air must be released once the lid is put on as open and closing the slide component will create a vacuum seal.
2. The black O ring around the bottom of the lid must be on correctly around the lid and run flat in place. This will ensure no leaks.
If you wouldn't mind trying the above and let us know how you you get on that would be great. There is also an extra lid that you had purchased which would be great if you can try that one as well.
Again apologies for the inconvenience and hope that the above can rectify the situation going forward. Please let us know if there are any other issues as we want you to enjoy using your mug and get great use out of it.

Great quality bottles. I bought 2, one being the flasket !! It Keeps the liquid inside very cool which has been tried and teated in this hot weather. Live the the bottles can be personalised. No more mix ups at school. Customer service was impeccable. I had a slight issue but was resolved very quickly . Happy customer. 😊

What can I say, just brilliant!
I ordered travel mug from ecoset and realised I had ordered wrong size I then rang to change to larger size and Oscar was so pleasant on the phone, my order was changed no problem. I received mug very promptly and love it, the fact it's personalised and an Irish company was a big plus. The mug itself is great to use and hot drinks stay hot for ages, love the colours they have on website aswell. Will definitely deal with this company again and recommend to family and friends.
