I ordered my liquid on 2nd July expected delivery 4th july. Emailed on emailed on 7th July to chase delivery when no rely. Not impressed with the service. And still no fluid and £ 20 out of pocket.

No items received after making order and no responses to contact

Payments taken and paid extra for next day delivery. No items have been dispatched, let alone sent out and received.
Sent several emails and contacted via contact forms with no reply and when going into store no one there can help advising they are a separate entity.
Literally have no way of resolving this other then going through the bank to get charge back. Terrible customer service, would not recommend

BEWARE. TAKE PAYMENT SEND YOU NOTHING

Never had issues with this company until now, I placed an order, never recieved anything and had no response to numerous emails and social media messages.would not recomend this company to anyone.

Still waiting on a refund

Still waiting on a refund. I paid for fast delivery and after a couple of days I asked about dispatch and was told it was out of stock and I’d get a refund

First time buying from website

First time buying from website and the experience was hassle free. The vape liquid was everything the description said it was and it was a nice surprise opening the box to find a few different flavours to try. Definitely will order again

Been nearly a week no parcel received…

Been nearly a week no parcel received and royal mail site status for 48 tracked delivery unchanged ! Messaged ecig twice,no reply!!

Had to call their head office earlier and a lady said someone will contact me. Around 30 minutes ago I received an email from e cig for a refund of the remaining amount. So basically no vapes received which I ordered! No basic communication,AVOID !!!!

Helpful staff with good advice

I popped in the Wrexham shop today, the man was very helpful in helping me find vape juice to tide me over until my original order from somewhere else comes, the juice I was advised on was so nice, I have since this evening order more of it on your online shop
