My experience was pleasant. I worked with Kevin Marshall, and he was polite and very attentive. He listened to my concerns and made sure to address them. He offered suggestions and he was very patient. And if there was a mistake made, he quickly made corrections and offered an apology. If I had to do this experience again, I definitely would.And i'm sure that everyone is great,But if I could choose, I would definitely choose kevin again.And I definitely recommend The Design Agency.

I have been working with Scott, and he is an amazing professional! He is very patient, kind, accommodating, and personable.

He tirelessly works with you to obtain the finished product that you want, at your convenience. He also is an amazing human being who took personal interest in my recent surgery.

Overall, I cannot say enough good things about him, and he is definitely an asset to the company. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him on future projects.

It was a bit of a rough start. From Maurice to Edward to Steve and then back to Edward we finally got into a rhythm but it took several months. The staff was extremely polite and patient. My biggest concern was the cost. The initial fee was fabulous but it seemed like there continued to be additional charges for other items. One example was being “complaint .” I had to use my own attorney to sort this out. Overall I’m extremely happy with the final product.

All who I worked with were kind and very accommodating to meet my needs. Especially Scott, I appreciate your work. The design is great. I am very pleased. Thank you again.
