Really impressed with the advice and the service from the Decking store. They are extremely helpful and delivery was super fast. Product looks great and was extremely easy to lay.

The decking faded within a 6 to 8 week so period. All the black print has disappeared so it now looks like a pale grey slab and very unattractive. Took the issue up with the company who used every excuse to avoid liability. The product is of a very poor quality and I would NOT recommend. A very disappointing purchase.

I recently ordered my composite decking and am very happy with the service I received from The Decking Store. From my first contact with Dan he helped me with advice on the products and answered all my queries about fading and quantities. Once the order was placed I received a follow up call advising when the delivery would be made and on the morning of the delivery I received a call with an approximate delivery time. The delivery driver was excellent. All in all a great company to deal with and great prices.

Fantastic customer service, great product and very competitive. Hard to find fault with this company, even answering email queries outside of normal office hours and offering valuable advice and guidance. Thank you guys. Highly recommended.

I purchased composite decking from this firm,
It discoloured within 6 months and looks terrible.
Now just over a year later the boards have started to split. I left a 20mm expansion gap to the wall and they have now told me I need another 6mm. 26mm expansion gap on a 3.000lm board. Nonsense! They told me that I should not of put the opposite side up tight to the fascia board……it isn’t! The fascia board is 10mm below the bottom of the decking board. It’s funny how they require nearly a 30mm expansion gap against a wall, but only supplied me with 2mm fixing clips to fit the decking. I have used sponge filler to go between the wall and the board to make it look a bit better because of tue size of the gap I already left. Useless product I would not waste your money. I will be reporting to trading standards and getting an independent survey done. £2000 down the drain!!

After a few problems over the product failing shortly after it had been laid, we managed to find an amicable solution which meant that the full cost of my original purchase was reimbursed and reinvested into some decking which was a far better solution to the area in which it was to be laid.

It has been frustrating to have to lay things twice but it did all work out in the end. The decking is very nice and I would recommend it if you are considering it.

Excellent service, very easy to order on-line. The customer service was one of the best I have ever experienced, called us straight away once we’d placed the order to make sure we hadn’t missed anything. Decking was easy to install and looks fantastic.

Great product & excellent customer service. Dan was superb in providing the additional parts we required very promptly & as we were local with no delivery charge. Very happy.

Awful. Been dealing with this company on and off for months. They come up with every excuse as to why they can't provide a good service and product, down to Covid, the Suez Canal and 'being at the mercy of other companies'. Horrendous customer service, arguing with me on the phone, and not much better product either. Cheap for a reason! You have been warned!

First class service, Dan is so helpful and he helped me understand more about the product I was purchasing, he also helped me save hundreds of pounds on my original order. If you’re thinking of using them, just do it, you won’t go wrong.

Decking looks amazing

Great decking, looked good from the samples, even better once it was installed. Looked at many different company’s prices etc but this was the best by far, the quality of the boards is great.Really pleased with the service and help when speaking with Dan, was delivered on time at the date specified.

The composite decking is amazing, so many colours to choose from. Very happy with it at such an unbeatable price thrown in with a delightful delivery driver! Will be using again and would definitely recommend.

A run a decking business called Warwickshire Decking Specialists, we specialise is design and install in composite and wooden decks. I have to rely on stock arriving to the client in time for install and I have to say I've never been letdown by the decking store, speedy delivery, always correct with no damage and great advice when required.
