I ordered 3 premium mobile cases from the website TheDave.shop after seeing their online ad and product descriptions claiming “high-quality premium cases.”
However, after receiving the parcel, I found that only one cheap transparent case (worth around ₹10) was sent instead of the ordered items.
Issues Identified:
Received wrong and low-quality product.
No return or refund option on their website.
No contact number or customer support email provided.
The website appears to be fraudulent and misleading consumers.
Requested Action:
I request that immediate action be taken against TheDave.shop for fraudulent online business practices and that necessary steps be taken to protect other consumers from this scam website.
Its totally fake website they offer you 3 cases at @699or @599 and the cases shows on website very premium but actually its fraud website they give single transparent cases which is worth Rs 10.Do not trust these fraudster website, they runs advertise to promote their website on Instagram and fb and there are no return option.
