Stephanie visited our service yesterday and stayed for a professional development last night and I left feeling inspired and in awe of her knowledge and how excited she was that we are on the right track for our accreditation. I cannot wait for her return to have the opportunity to showcase our service once again.

Amazing, awe- inspiring, training delivered in service by Stephanie! She visited our centre before hand and gave brilliant feedback. So so happy.

Really grateful to Tracy for sharing her insights and innovative creative ideas with our Education and Early Years T Level staff. I think it's so important to understand the 'why' behind process over product and Tracy shared so many theories and rationale to it's important, especially in maximising a young person's creativity. The examples that Tracy showed on how practitioners can embed these solutions into the classroom definitely left a lot of food for thought as well! Tracy is clearly passionate about her subject and has an energetic facilitation style. We received fantastic feedback following this event and teachers were excited to share The Curiosity Approach with their students back in the classroom. I would not hesitate to ask Tracy back to deliver a follow-up workshop.

We have been busy working through the Re-Accreditation for the Curiosity Approach and I just wanted to say what an absolute credit it has been to be offered zoom calls with Chelsea throughout this journey. Each time we have shared our screen and she has supported us in the areas we have struggled or reassured us we have completed it correctly.

I have just finished the free webinar of Beautiful things from The Curiosity Approach. I loved it. As a lone worker this has helped me to keep motivated as it drives my passion on. Stephanie shared facts and in depth knowledge about why changes to early years settings need to be made. Children are at the heart of everything at The Curiosity Approach and this webinar reflects this through and through. A very enjoyable and helpful presentation. Thank you I loved it.

This accreditation was an excellent experience and an opportunity to develop our practice within the nursery. The social media sites and accessibility of these platforms supported our journey alongside the support of the Curiosity staff who were available as a point of contact. Our thanks to our assessor Michelle who had an honest approach to feedback and shared purposeful feedback to support our ways forward.

Ive always loved the Curiosity approach and have followed it for some time, so I was so pleased to go on this journey and become a accredited setting. This course has given me and my staff our fire back. We understand what that awe and wonder means and how to capture it. It's magical, its goose bumps on your arm, it's seeing the light come alive in the children's eyes by what we are doing and offering. It really has been an amazing journey that will stay with me forever, because we have made a difference. Thank you for doing what you do and all the support we have gained.

What can I say Stephanie and Lyndsey are the queens of understanding how to help babies and young children develop. The passion they have for the future of children all around the world is amazing and I for one am in awe of the enthusiasm they share. X

I love Kirsty’s curiosity approach sessions. Always inspiring and motivating.

Working through the Curiosity Approach has helped adapt our settings pedagogy, ethos and learning environment. The platforms available for guides and documents throughout were easily accessible to all practitioners. The modules were easy to work through for all, the teams knowledge and confidence has grown during the learning process. The impact the accreditation has had on our team, environment, children and families has been very beneficial. The setting has a very calm, welcoming home from home feel for all who enter. The learning environment is amazing, filled with curiosity each day for the children and team to explore.

I have attended this weekend a Curiosity Approach session with Kirsty Marriott, the ambassador for Reading and Oxfordshire.
Her passion and enthusiasm are infectious. She is fantastic it sparking awe and wonder and helping you get inspired.

It’s been a wonderful journey, and over the years we have gain so much more knowledge and understanding around the approach.
The accreditation tool kit and pocket size training, along with other resources really deepens knowledge and support staff in their CPD.

Words are not enough to emphasise the impact this approach can have on our children! I was introduced to this approach just over 2years ago, and now I cannot unsee it. It is a unique and beautiful child centered aporoach which focuses on not only academics but all the important and vital factors necessary BEFORE the academical learning should take place… (1)The wellbeing of a child, (2)the importance of the environment the children are surrounded by, and (3) the care and nuture needed to ensure they grow and develop naturally (to name just a few). This approach is supported by many familar psychologists and theorists including Emi Pikler which help us understand the “why”.
My knowledge and practice has improved immensely over the last two years and continues to do so with all the support, guidance and professional training the CA provides via different platforms. Thank you CA!
