No one ever discussed enrolling me in this program. Nor did they discuss pricing. I did not and do not need or want their services. Nor have they done a damn thing for me. I live on a fixed income. And these jackasses stole $120 from me. If I can figure out how to give you an even more negative review. You can guarantee I will be doing it at every level. You're a bunch of thieves!!!!

When I contacted them and explained my situation, they listened and quickly sprung into action. The Credit Pros set up a meeting with me and discussed how they would ‘attack’ my concerns. Without delay, they actively pursued working on my case. The dashboard remains up-to-date with the status of my account.

I joined credit pros in March 2026. Mr Norman Magallanes helped the firt 2 calls I made to credit pros. He was very professional and answered my in way I could understand. He was able to zero out 2 accounts that I never thought was possible. I give Norman and company 5 stars ofcourse. If you need credit help, credit pros is best company.They do have excellent customer service.
