DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!

I placed an order for Joe Sugg merchandise for my daughters Christmas present at the beginning of December 2016, payment was taken on 7th December 2016 and I was informed by email it had been despatched on 19th December 2017. It is now 15th February 2017 and I have still not received my goods, and the excuse given from them as "circumstances out of their control" is laughable.

These people and Mr Sugg do not give a monkeys about their customers or fans. Don't use their services if you want to avoid disappointment and the tears from your children who will be left disappointed.
