The Crafters Shop Reviews

Very happy with company and orders are coming on time . Very pleased

The crafters shop has the best customer service I have ever used. When I made two recent purchases (same day) The staff noticed and refunded me part of the postage, as they combined the order and shipping. The goods arrived very quickly. I do not know of any other company that would do this to help save their customers an unnecessary expense especially with the economy being how it is. Every penny helps.

This is my favourite supplier of bath and body ingredients. Recently I ordered just after lunch one day and received my delivery the next. The product standard is high and the customer service exemplary. I use them over and over again. Deserve 6 stars!

Brilliant shop to order from. Have made many orders over the years and have found the customer service to be excellent and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Those commenting on VAT being added simply do not understand how business works! All companies have to add VAT to their prices. I will be ordering from The Crafters Shop again in the future and would encourage anyone else to do so too.

I have purchased from this shop on numerous occasions and am always happy with both the service and the goods. As a small business myself I find them transparent, honest, trustworthy and helpful so thank you for great customer service.

What a ridiculous review.
The Crafter's Shop website is absolutely clear when you get to the check out that there will be VAT to pay. It clearly shows the net, VAT and gross figures payable, BEFORE you pay for your items. All VAT registered businesses must by law charge VAT. I have always found the company to be transparent, helpful and with excellent Customer Services.

I have returned to purchase from The Crafters Shop on many occasions, prices are reasonable and the customer service second to none. I have had no problems getting queries answered promptly and parcels are dispatched so quickly, the staff really go the extra mile to help. Thank you so much The Crafters Shop and keep up the great work.

So I stumbled across the crafters shop whilst looking for supplies, little did I know that it was the best decision I made to place a order. What a team.don’t hesitate people.the customer service is just above and beyond.not only did we receive first class quality goods and great prices we have been given tips, advice and really made to feel like part of the crafters shop community.

I have used the crafters shop in the past and the service you receive is outstanding, nothing is to much trouble for them , they will take the time out to advise you on any issues you have from assessments to products, I have always found there prices to be in line with others . I personally can recommend the crafters shop 100%

I regularly use this company for my ingredients. The shipping is fast & reliable and I can always trust the ingredients are of the highest quality.

An excellent company with impeccable customer service. Helpful and attentive. Great value for money on ingredients always helps too. 100% would recommend

We have nothing but positive feedback for The Crafters Shop. We have used them a number of times over the past 3 years for various soap making ingredients and their service and products have always been fantastic. Recently I wanted some information regarding a change of formulation to a certain ingredient and I had a reply to my query in less than an hour.

The delivery is quick, the product quality is great and the prices are competitive and easy to understand. As a business I expect to see prices displayed without VAT added and fully anticipate that it will be added at checkout, in line with UK law. I think the previous reviewer who has complained about this perhaps doesn't understand the way the majority of companies who sell to businesses display their pricing, as there is nothing unusual or underhand about it at all. The total price you will be paying (along with the breakdown of costs) is made very clear before you submit your payment.

Really helpful company and I would recommend to anyone.

Very honest, reliable and helpful company and staff. Beautiful products and assessments and would always go to The Crafters Shop when looking for anything bath bomb and soap related.
