I emailed to inquire about eligibility for Alberta Blue Cross reimbursement and spoke with Lynn, she was extremely helpful in guiding me on achieving this and offered to provide me with a quote to submit for prequalification. I did not need that, but followed her advice to get approval prior to ordering. Once I placed my order she contacted me to let me know of a generous price drop that was about to go into effect, and she offered to give me the updated pricing. The clinic in Calgary was 3x the price I ended up paying. The fact that they were willing to give me back money I had already spent is almost unheard of in this day and age. This is the type of quality service you can only find in a few rare instances. I will forever recommend The CPAP Store to anyone and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and special attention I was given! Thank you Lynn, and thank you CPAP Store, you are all amazing.

My doctor referred me to one of the corporate sleep clinics and the prices quoted me were three times higher . I found the store in Surrey and got the exact same machines and better hoses and masks as well as cleaning accessories with great help from the staff. Now I can easily order accessories online as needed.

I like the CPAP store. They are well priced and have the name brands I look for. Took 1 star away because my last delivery got screwed up. They did not have the whole address. But it was rectified quickly and all is well. Good company to deal with.
