Amazing company - top quality
Amazing company!
Eleanor was so great to work with and helped bring my ideas to life using the images I sent. I love that I was sent samples first, it made the whole process feel really personal and reassuring, it was also so helpful to see the fabrics before I committed to buying them.
The cushions arrived quicker than I expected (especially being handcrafted), and the quality is just incredible. They look so beautiful on my bed and I am just so pleased with them.
Would 100% recommend, I will be repurchasing.

Excellent!! I have ordered fabric only. Fabric is beautiful and top quality. I needed some help with my order dispatch time and customer service was absolutely great. Everything went smooth and package was shipped quickly. 100% satisfied!!

Good product but poor communication
Good quality product however delivery longer than expected and no communication despite sending various emails & contacting via Facebook messenger which I had done before placing the order as had a question which was responded to so felt as though I was just being ignored. The company never responded to any of my emails.

Terrible company
Would give less if I could. Bought six inner cushions two weeks ago. No dispatch info or delivery. No cushions received. Have emailed a few times and been flat out ignored. Do not shop here. They are con artists. They will never honour your purchase. Just take your money and run.

Unfortunately we hold our hands up to a supplier issue with your order which was placed at the start of December. With the demand exceeding anything we would ever have imagined - with an obvious time limit before we closed on the 18th. We could not dispatch your inserts in a timely manor. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are absolutely not a con artist, just a small business struggling during a very busy time period.
Paid almost 200 for cushion covers plus…
Paid almost 200 for cushion covers plus customs of €89. They never paid for registered post despite the charge of €16. Cushions were dropped outside my house and stolen. They promised to sort it and redeliver but after a bit stopped responding and never bothered to resolve it. Bad experience overall.

After some information from the courier company was passed along to us - you informed the couriers of a safe place for it to be left. The place was considered safe from the photo's and was therefore marked as delivered.

Extremely rude customer service!
I spoke with Eleanor.
One of the cushions zip completely
Came apart without even unzipping it.
Note : Cushion was only ever touched to fluff up on a bed in the morning and was never unzipped.
When contacting them about the faulty zip coming apart they wanted me to send the cushion back to them to pay almost what it cost originally for them to correct it.
They weren’t interesting in helping or listening to my emails instead they initiated I had damaged the cushion myself and would not be replying to me again.
Awful customer service!
Do they treat non paying influences the same as paying customers?
I’ve spent over £100 on just 2 cushions and this is the quality and service you get.
I’ve had cheaper cushions from next last longer.
They just want your money.
Unless you have a few followers on instagram.

We truly appreciate your feedback. As mentioned via email, we offered to assist and repair the damaged cushion as a gesture of goodwill, only charging for our time. The cushion cover was purchased over seven months ago, and our zips are of high quality — they wouldn’t typically come apart without being handled.
We always want our customers to enjoy their cushions to the fullest, just as many have done for years. However, we’re unable to accept responsibility for any damage or breakages that occur after purchase, as these are not manufacturing faults.
We also want to clarify that we do not collaborate with influencers providing complimentary cushions, as this isn’t feasible for a small business. We never base our customer service or opportunities on follower count — our passion is simply helping people create beautiful homes.
Lovely cushions
Lovely cushions. Quality product and very comfortable and extremely well- made. There was a slight delay with dispatch, due to materials, but they kept me informed and they were worth waiting for!

Rubbish
Cushions wouldn't sit right,corners looked empty,Took filler out and tried to plump them but nothing worked.The filler was a 20x20 in an 18x18 cover which when I mailed them they said it was to fill cover out more (as if I didn't know)I paid another £7.49 to order my own 18x18 filler ,but I now know its tge seams are off,also material is fraying!So all in all this cushions cost me £50 for something that looks like it came out of a charity shop.

Our guidance on filler sizes is provided to help achieve the best fit a 20" insert inside a 18" cover is perfect. We always recommend following these instructions to ensure the cushions sit correctly. I mentioned that feather inserts do require plumping whereas polyester holds its shape. So we offered to try this.
We carefully inspect all cushions before dispatch, and our materials and craftsmanship meet high-quality standards. Fraying or seam issues are extremely rare and are not indicative of our usual quality.
If you have any concerns, we are always happy to provide advice or support to help resolve any issues. We take all feedback seriously and strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases.

I received my cushions today and I am very pleased with the quality. They are well worth the money. I was also very impressed with the customer service. Eleanor emailed me to make sure that I was buying the correct size of pad for my cushion cover. I wasn't but thanks to her I ended up with the correct size. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
