Excellent customer support, very helpful!

I had custom eyebrow pencil boxes created and the look great and the price was competitive! But unfortunately the printer did not print my order correctly. I was suppose to receive 200 boxes, 100 of each design and I received 200 of the 1 design and the refuse to print the 2nd design I paid for. They do not print on sight in Australia the printer they use is over seas hence why they won’t just “print” the corrected order. Very disappointing and I won’t be using them for future productions. Especially knowing on my behalf I did everything right and double checked the invoice.

Very quick to respond, incredibly helpful on choosing the right product for our requirements, super friendly and fast service. Price very competitive. Couldn't recommend more highly!!!
