Order disappeared, AMEX charged, absent customer service
On November 17, I purchased a very expensive (USD 230+ plus an additional USD 130+ for courier fees) lithography diploma frame, which apparently requires 2-4 weeks to produce. When,a few days later, I tried to access MY ORDER page with my login, there is no trace of my order among my historical purchases.
I have tried to reach them, but it is impossible to have a contact.
