Eye Opening
I’m not a parent, but I have a better understanding of why my parents have their own unique patterns and why I have my own unique patterns as a result of taking this course. I have more empathy for my parents and for myself.
This course has also helped me build a stronger relationship with my parents’ and the teenage girl’s soccer team that I coach.

Life-changing course
I started my on my path after the birth of my first child and the death of my father 7 weeks after she was born. I was suffering greatly. I always had a complicated relationship with my own father and after his death and now experiencing motherhood for the first time I had so many questions and confusing thoughts. I started reading alot and stumbled upon Dr. Shefali. I read all her books and her message resonated with me so much. I enrolled in her course and it has been life changing. I'm so very grateful to have this knowledge while my daughter is still very young. I was so worried passing on my pain to her. I know this is a process and Dr. Shefali's advice and methods keep me on track. I love her spiritual approach with psychology. This course is a gift to yourself.
