I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sateen pillowcases I had ordered. The fabric is soft and smooth and utterly delightful. I'm a bit of a sheet snob, and I will order again. My former favorite sheets now are no longer made or prohibitively expensive.

After searching several other companies I appreciated how easy it was to order from the Company Store. I also really appreciate being able to order a la carte and not be forced into buying shams we did not need! The bedspreads are exactly what I hoped for--cotton shell with fiberfill so they are soft, warm, and lightweight.

My order during a blizzard
It was quite the experience I ordered this during the ice storm and all mail was lost or stolen or very slow getting here, but the weight was worth it. I quilt a pillow shams remind me of a spring garden, very peaceful and tranquil of redecorated my bedroom with sage colors that complement my new bedding.

Double-charged & 8 month backorder without updates
I placed an order during their Black Friday sale and received an order confirmation telling me my item would arrive by November 30th. Two and a half months later, my item has still not arrived and I received no communications from the company informing me of an updated estimate or any acknowledgement at all that my order was delayed. When I reached out to inquire about this, I was informed my item would be on backorder until July (8 months after my original purchase) with no apology or acknowledgement of this being an absurd timeline. On top of this, after I reached out to customer service with this inquiry, a new charge appeared on my credit card from the company charging me for the same item I already paid for in November a second time. So the item is backordered for 8 months and they have double-charged my card.

Beautiful, lightweight, warm blanket
The colors and quality offered by The Company Store are excellent. I ordered 2 down alternative blankets in Thyme and Smoke Blue. Well sized and warm, we are very happy with these lovely blankets. They are lightweight and were reasonably priced. These blankets will be keeping us warm for years to come.
