Ordered a water filter for my new unox oven.
Simon thoughtfully emailed me asking whether I need a cartridge change instead of the entire new filter to make sure I wasn’t overspending.

I sent him the model of my unox oven and he redirected me to the correct compatible filter which avoided a lot of time-loss and headache.

He amended the order immediately and dispatched the correct filter I needed and credited my account with the difference promptly.

Amazing and rare customer service. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Excellent from start to finish. Kept us updated on our order. Really helpful and would definitely order from them again.

I’ve ordered a convection oven and didn’t hear anything after 2 weeks. I decided to email and ask for an update, I got a response saying the item is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
I ordered this hoping that it’ll arrive before the opening of my restaurant, but now I’m stuck and need to find a replacement asap! It would have been helpful if I was told sooner rather than later.
