I ordered 1 pair of shorts, they sent the wrong style so I did what they said and sent an email requesting to return or exchange them. Just like all the other reviews I am seeing, I never received any response form them!!! I have sent more than 1 email with no response at all and they do not have any other form of contact!! I guess I am stuck with this bad purchase!! I wish we could all start a suit after this company together... they should not be allowed to be on the internet!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, BUT YOU WILL BE EATING THE COST! No customer service, even if you give them the information required. Ordered two pairs of the same shorts, different colors, and got some cheap, flimsy ones with one of the one of them that I ordered.

Worst company I have ever purchased from. The product was cheap and nothing like described online. Tried to return, emailing them three times with no response. I just wasted over 50 bucks on shorts that I will never wear.DO NOT order from this company!

Long delay in product delivery from date of order.
Finally received product ordered, but 2 of the 3 shorts were sized incorrectly.
Requests for correction from SUPPORT go unanswered.

Do NOT order from The Comfy Shorts. I have been trying to get my $328.87 back since last summer for several cargo pants I ordered from them. The Comfy Shorts sent the wrong pants. Each time I email The Comfy Shorts I get an autoreply from their Zen Desk saying somepne will get back to me shortly. Not once have they emailed me. Forget trying to call them. They do not share a phone number. I am out $328.87 for items I never received! As a constant reminder of this terrible company and unrefunded money, I still have the pile of poorly made pants they incorrectly sent - seems they don't even want their own products back.

I received 2 pair of these shorts almost 3 months ago and have been trying to return them ever since. I have written several emails to them about returning them for a refund, and I get the ‘ blanket’ response of someone will get back to me in 3-5 business days. I never get a response. I have emailed them 4 times!
Tomorrow I am opening up a case with Amazon regarding this

Don’t order from them. Total frustration with trying to return merchandise for a refund. All you get is automated emails.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Sent wrong product after waiting 30 days, will not resond to emails to get refund or corrected item and now fighting it for fraudulent charges through my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Should be Zero stars. Stay away from them, they are not based in US and do not respond to your inquiries of purchases. I cancelled my order, emailed them 10 times to confirm....nothing. What a waste, they should not be doing business online - Stay Away.

I purchased a pair of dark brown shorts from The Comfy Shorts. It took 19 days for them to process my order, nearly a month to ship, and they sent me the wrong color shorts. Would have really appreciated someone just being honest and telling me they couldn't fill my order. Do not spend any money with The Comfy Shorts, it's a waste of your time and money.

I want people who may be fooled by the Comfy Shorts website that this is not a company you want to deal with. The initial service was lengthy and when the shorts I ordered finally arrived they were too big and I wanted to return them for a refund. At this point my money was lost on items I could not use and no matter how many times I tried to reach them their response was non existant -please don't be fooled by their "promises" to get back to you- it won't happen!

I placed two orders with this company and tried to cancel both orders after finding similar items much cheaper elsewhere. Unable to find a phone number, I sent 4 messages to their suggested contact method over a two week period asking to cancel both orders. The first request was placed within an hour after ordering. They have no problem sending multiple ads daily but will not respond to inquires in a timely manner. By the time they respond, both orders will most likely ship making it THEIR FAULT for not canceling the orders as requested.

I ordered two pairs of Comfy shorts in black and in white. It took a month to receive them and shorts weather is pretty much over. I like the black pair but the white pair is see-through. Might as well just be wearing panties!

Tried to return order but they will not send the return label or respond. Stuck with item!

I finally ordered these shorts in white. They are so thin that you see everything. Material is cheap and not as described at all. I contacted them to start a return. No response at all except the automated reply but no one has reached out to give me directions for the return. I'm stuck with a product i can't use.

Boy is this company crap! I ordered 2 pairs of jean shorts. The next day after I ordered the shorts I realized I ordered women's shorts by mistake. I sent an email and alerted them about my mistake and told them I would be sending the shorts back as soon as I receive them. I got no response. Now all of the sudden I am getting emails everyday about their products. But not a word about a return. I decided to do a little research on the company. As it turns out I went to their website and under contact they show their address in Moreno Valley, California about an hour from my house. I ordered the shorts on June 30th, told them to cancel the order the next day (which they didn't), and by July 21st I had not received the shorts. So I filed fraud on my credit card on the so-called company thecomfyshorts.com. Ironically the next day I received the shorts. Somehow I found an address on their website for someone named Janice Rawles with an address in Dallas, Texas. I mailed the shorts to that address. Today August 25th I received the shorts back from Janice in Dallas, Texas. So they are refusing my return. Whatever you do don't order anything from them. What they do is get an order and then order it from China. That's why they don't want to do returns. You have been warned on what to expect. Don't make the same mistake I made.

I can’t begin to say how frustrated I am! I should have read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered two pairs of shorts and when they arrived they were ABSOLUTELY HUGE! I immediately began emailing their customer service trying to return them, but after 5 separate emails to them with no reply, I guess I’m just out of luck! I would not recommend this company at all!!!

They sent wrong size and color. After emailing back and forth for a couple weeks they basically laugh in your face. The shorts are absolute cheap junk on top of it. Pocket lining is about the same a tissue. If you like to give your money away, go ahead a buy some shorts from these con artists.

I paid comfy shorts $69.93 for 2 men's shorts. I never received anything & it's been 6 weeks!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS TRASH!!! I DISPUTED THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND AFTER ALMOST 6 WEEKS WAS REIMBURSED!! DISPUTE EVERYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I HAVE SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS WITH THE FTC, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF OHIO, AND THE FBI ABOUT THIS SCAM COMPANY. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS SCAM ONLINE COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $!!!!!!!!!
