Hopefully you are reading this review because I’m pretty p###ed off that you are still charging me a subscription when I have sent you an email and gone through your cancellation process on your website to say I no longer want to subscribe. We always honour cancellations and issue refunds if a system error has caused unintended charges. That said, I’ve checked our system and haven’t been able to find a cancellation request under your name. Just to clarify, cancellation requests need to be submitted through our cancellation page. If you did go through the correct process and were still charged, that’s definitely something we need to fix right away.
We have already reached out through Trustpilot for more details so we can verify your account and get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please get back to us when you can, and we’ll make sure everything is resolved for you.

Life after TCM
I completed the Accreditation course and the value of the content taught was very beneficial along with great staff of The Coaching Masters to answer all the various questions. I have since the course, recieved clients, been a guest on a podcast and will be a guest speaker at a global event in the near future. The opportunities that have become avaliable since the course has been staggering with many more to come.

I recently completed both Holistic…and CRT
I recently completed both Holistic Modalities and Core Renewal Therapy Courses.
Completing theses courses has been a deeply rewarding experience! It was undoubtedly challenging, but I truly appreciate that—it’s fitting for such a serious and transformative venture. This program demands dedication, organization, and consistent practice, and I am grateful for every moment of it.
A huge thank you to the incredible coaches who guided us with professionalism, providing detailed slides, well-structured scripts, and invaluable workshops. The live sessions were equally phenomenal, with ample time for questions and thoughtful, insightful answers directly from our coaches.
Not only have I gained new skills, but I also feel equipped to continue honing them, thanks to the practical and up-to-date tools shared throughout the course. I highly recommend this program to anyone serious about growing in these two fields.

I ummed and ahhed about doing this…
I ummed and ahhed about doing this accreditation for years, literally! At the time I found the costs hard to meet, since then there are way more affordable ways to get started. As soon as I had the money, I got cracking and I absolutely loved it. Lewis and Liam are such a brilliant duo. I laughed out loud during the sessions and caught myself smiling often during the course, as I was enjoying it so much!! I can't recommend it enough, really great theory and practice. They are clearly passionate about their work and talk straight. I really highly recommend the accreditation. The platform works great and I have zero complaints! Thank you so much. I'll be back for other courses for sure!

I'd avoid this company at all costs…
I'd avoid this company at all costs if you're someone who would potentially use the 14 day cooling off period as I did. They have broken their own t's & c's by not adhering to this, which is extremely unethical.
I cancelled the courses I'd signed up to within 14 days, due to the content and support not being up to a standard required for someone who is Neurodivergent.
I emailed within the 14 days, of which my emails weren't acknowledged. They continued to proceed taking the money from my account.
Once it had come to light to TCM, that I took initiative to cancel these payments, I was then bombarded with a huge amount of emails each day, more than I'd ever received from TCM, as well as being sent marketing texts and WhatsApp messages from TCM that formerly, I had never received.
I was also receiving emails stating random amounts of money they were trying to take, which weren't relative to the agreement.
They've shown no empathy or responsibility to the fact my emails hadn't been actioned from their side and have since began to threaten legal action and sending out High Court Enforcement Officers.
If my cancellation had been acknowledged and they had followed their own t's & c's, I'd not be in a position where I want to warn people of this company. However, after this experience, lack of compassion and empathy. I can't help but feel they are masking their unethical trading under a category such as coaching, which ironically is to help, support and empower people. Little do you know at that point of excitement, that you've just become a victim of being trapped in an agreement they don't follow themselves.
There's misleading information, unethical trading and false promises.

Let’s clarify something: My one-star review isn’t due to a change in my financial situation; it’s a reflection of how you’ve treated me during a difficult time. You claim to value humanity and empathy, yet your actions when I faced serious health and financial challenges tell a very different story.
Extending my payment plan wasn’t an act of kindness; With this you are trying in a very low under-belt way to twist the readers mind from judging me as a victim to YOU being a victim.
You talk about your commitment to students, yet when I asked for help, all I received was a rigid adherence to policy. True care isn’t about enforcing contracts at all costs—it’s about recognizing when flexibility and compassion are necessary. Your response shows a stark contrast between your words and your actions.
Your focus on contractual agreements ignores the real issue: the promises you made about supporting and caring for your students. I’ve fulfilled my obligations under extremely challenging circumstances, yet you refuse to show the same responsibility by addressing my situation with the humanity you claim to uphold.
If you truly care about your students, it’s time to prove it. Reconsider my request to cancel my enrollment, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it’s the ethical response to a loyal customer facing unprecedented difficulties. They try to steal your money
They try to steal your money. Do not trust the 14 day money back guarantee. They will tell you it is not like that in the terms and conditions after you have paid but not show you the terms and conditions before you pay. Then try to bribe you with the money after they have caused anxiety and depression relapses to take down bad reviews. It’s too late sorry, the damage is done! Very untrustworthy company.

The accreditation was fantastic from start to finish. The workbooks and supporting content was excellent and the online videos and audios were priceless.

Scammers. Don’t trust them, especially natalie
Was told I could cancel my plan within 14 days and get a full refund. This is not the case and the refund will never come. They will keep the £269 and make you pay for proof of your mothers stroke even if you tell them you can’t do it on the same day that you bought it and haven’t even logged in due to caring for your mother. They are not human to steal money from a women that they new was worried about money anyway due to being a single mum and carer but assured me I could have a refund with in 14 days. Then asked for proof of my mums stroke which I had to pay £16 for. I then got blocked on instagram from my coaches page and also from the app and they still kept the £270 I wanted to use to better myself for doing nothing to help me with that. I could have just stopped the payments from the bank as I did not sign any terms and conditions, yet they made me pay more money for proof of my mums stroke just because. They have ruined my life this last month and have also now drifted back into depression due to this and my mum being so ill. I feel scammed. Natalie is a scammers and a liar and this company should be ashamed of the way they con people.
