I could not get straight answer about return. They wanted me to buy another pair. Shoes were too big. I gave up. I will give slides away.

The shoes I ordered didn't fit properly but the site says they have a 30-day return policy. You have to contact them to get the return address closest to your location. I emailed them and eventually got a response from "Jennifer", offering me a discount code for another pair of shoes but no info about how to return. I wrote again, clearly stating I wanted to return the current shoes for a refund, and heard nothing. Then I messaged them on Facebook to say I wasn't getting responses by email, and basically asking if they were a scam. "Jennifer" responded there too, telling me to stick to one method of communication.
I've now gotten another email message saying that since I have to cover my own return shipping costs of $10-$15 (which I already knew), I should just buy another pair and not bother returning the ones I have. SIDE NOTE: The shoes cost more than $15 so a refund would still be money back in my pocket--which is what they seem to want to avoid.
So in conclusion, as long as you get the shoes you order AND they fit, you'll be fine. But the money-back guarantee is a load of horsesh*t.

Terrible experience. I ordered a pair of slippers in my usual size, but they didn’t fit, so I returned them immediately. Despite following the return process, I never received a refund. I then reordered the slippers in a different size — and this time, they never even arrived.

So now I’m out of pocket for two orders: one I sent back and never got refunded for, and one that simply never showed up. No communication, no resolution. Honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had — I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Their return policy is not, as they deceptively say on their website, “hassle-free” nor do they provide a “full return”. They follow that claim by backtracking that you’d have to pay return shipping (which they claim, when you inquire about a refund, is $10-$15 PER PAIR), so it’s absolutely not a full refund. The phone number they list to contact them is a sham, just a message telling you to go to the email on their website. They started with telling me to keep the ill-fitting pairs that they sent and they’ll send me another pair “free”, all I’d have to pay is the $9.95 shipping fee. The cost of the shipping on my original order of 3 pairs was $2.99. So I said no, I want my full refund. They responded with the $10-$15/pair nonsense. I said no, your site claims “full refund”. They tried offering me a free pair. I said “2 free pairs or full refund”. Automated responses also peppered through the 30+ emails back and forth and spread over almost a month, and zero resolution. I disputed with PayPal and got my money back. My advice is if you order from them, pray that you order the exact right size, because anything else is a waste of time, money and energy.
Edit: My experience happened 4//14/25 and NOW, 3/11/26, almost exactly A YEAR later, I receive a response from the company asking if they can help rectify the issue. Not surprising, and not going to take the bait just to get sucked into an “conversation” with cut and paste email responses again.

I bought 2 pairs of different sizes, and I am being given the runaround trying to return the pair that was too large. First they offered a discount instead of a return which does me no good on a pair of shoes that I can't wear.

They are delaying responses to me and they're now asking for a photo of the two pairs of slides for some reason. I have a feeling it will take months to get my refund on the too large pair.

The pair that does fit is actually not very comfortable. There is no support, and the forefoot area is too narrow (which was the case for both pairs, even the larger pair)

These slides are so cheaply made. Your feet slide right out. When you reach out to customer service to return them, you get the round around. I’ve been dealing with them for the past month and they keep changing the return instructions. Not sure if it a language barrier or just unprofessional. I strongly recommend not buying any slide products.

Very comfy shoes! Bought for the whole family and they love them too.

Comfy! Simple design. A lot of stylish colors. Fits to any look, good for all day standing. For sure I will order one more time. Waiting for trending new colors))

With plantar fasciitis and bunions, these sandals are THE BEST to wear EVERYWHERE! I have them in many colours but wish they came in other colours too! I personally prefer the sandals over the slides but my husbands loves the slides! Don't hesitate to try them out! 😊✔️

I ordered a pair of the cloud slides and never received them. I was told they were delivered and for me to go up and down my block to see if anyone received them. Well no one on my block received them because they would have brought them to the house they showed have gone to on this block it’s just what we do. Then I was told if I wanted another pair shipped I would have to pay another 9.99 for them to send me another pair well that’s not fair plus I didn’t get a refund. Never again will I deal with this company.

Bought slippers and aqua shoes in December, after checking website for postage delivery time - was estimated well before xmas. Items arrived on 30th Dec. I complained and asked for a refund on slippers which had been bought as a xmas present. They offered to pay back the item, but not pay for the return postage. Returns are to Iowa in the US, and would have cost me more than the item itself.

After going back and forth 4 or 5 times, they wouldn't budge.

Do not order from the disreputable, dishonourable company.

The product itself is as cheaply made as anything you can get from Walmart or Old Navy. Their return policy is as posted on the website, but rather than just processing a simple return, they continually offer to sell you a new pair for $9.99, warning you that return shipping for a single pair of sandals runs "$10-15".

If you went with the buy 2 get one 1 free deal (which is NOT a limited time offer), this adds up to nearly what you paid to buy them in the first place. Customer service just repeats the same canned phrases, presumably until you get worn out.

There is no place to review the sandals on their website, yet the website shows thousands of 5 star reviews, which doesn't quite make sense. The 5-star reviews on this site all follow the exact same pattern as well, so I doubt they are genuine.

I would give zero stars if possible worst experience ever… I ordered 2 pairs of slides in my normal size and they didn’t fit. Hassle free returns is a total lie. I requested a refund I was offered 50% and then 60%. I was asked to take pictures to prove slides weren’t worn.. ok that’s normal; however, after I sent the pictures I was immediately given a 60% refund after I requested a full refund. After I asked a question about the refund then they proceeded to give me a full refund. When I emailed the tracking number with a picture of the receipt no response…. Buyer beware you not only get what you pay for, but it may also come with a headache 🤕.

Just like some of the other reviews, I ordered my normal size and they are too small, my big toes hit the front of the slippers. I would have returned them but it took quite a while to receive them and I didn’t want to wait another 5-6 weeks.

I am thinking that the reviews on the website are fake - everyone showed as giving 5 stars which was one of the reasons I bought them.

I ordered 5 pairs of slides and one one size fit, when l contacted them they told me they’d give me another pair for half price and just to keep the four pair l bought ( and do what with them?) they didn’t fit l wasn’t offered any more than keeping them at my expense. Very disappointed

I bought 3 pairs, 1 for each of my daughters and 1 for me. They are comfortable however they stretch out so much it’s very difficult to do stairs wearing them. Do not think I would buy them again.
