My move started on October 28, 2021 and arrived at it's final destination on February 10, 2022.
I initiated a claim on February 16, 2022 and to date June 22, 2022 the claim has not been resolved and I am still waiting for a settlement proposal.
No possibility to upload pictures from the phone gallery, no option to adjust claim description, no option to change currency (which is not aligned with the original declaration), missing claims etc... Not very user friendly and requires redundant work
No real interaction or progress with my claim has been made
App is very user friendly and seems to speed up the claims process.
I have emailed a few times but never got a response.
no update was sent to me for more than three weeks & no way for me to check any updates regarding to my claim
after submitting pictures and a description on this app there has been no response from anyone - why bother doing this if you don't care?
The claims Planet app is professionally superior and goes further then any of ther other apps I have seen
