The Christmas Decorators Reviews

Excellent communication, service. Clean and tidy. Absolutely perfect lights!!

Really lovely people! Fantastic decorations. It is such a treat to have all our decorations put up & taken down by someone else!!

The team took care of our building decoration for the Christmas period for us it was a great service.

I have used The Christmas Decorators for 2 x seasons. Each time they have been professional and efficient, ensuring the end result is amazing.
I couldn't fault Rachel and her team, will be seeing you again for 2026.

From beginning to end, The Christmas Decorators were exceptionally professional. From the initial design meetings, through the installation, and right to the removal, you simply will not find a more professional team at what they do.
As a 5‑star hotel, attention to detail and finish is everything—and I can confidently say the end result was flawless. The reactions we receive from both our staff and guests speak for themselves. The Christmas Decorators truly bring our spaces to life and create that magical festive feeling.
Rachel’s vision in setting the scene, combined with Gary and the installation team bringing it to life, makes for an outstanding partnership. What really sets them apart is their ability to adapt and pivot when something doesn’t quite translate from design to reality—this flexibility and expertise is invaluable.
I would 100% highly recommend this team.

Kait and her team are great. We have used them for the past few years for not only Christmas but other shop decorations throughout the year. They are fantastic and are so helpful with our requests and themes. We would never use anyone else!

I had several consultations with various companies before I chose to work with The Christmas Decorators . Kate was professional from the moment we met and really listened to me and my ideas before bringing them all to life . She did a brilliant job and I would recommend her to anyone.

We’ve used “ The Christmas Decorators “ for the past few years and each time from start to finish their service is first rate. From discussing the decorations, to putting the last bauble on the trees to sweeping the final pine needles away at the end! We’re looking forward to Christmas already!

I couldn’t recommend The Christmas Decorators enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The team created such a magical and festive atmosphere in our nursery, and seeing the children’s excitement as everything was installed was truly priceless.

The attention to detail, professionalism, and care they put into their work really stood out. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the end result was simply beautiful.

Maxine and her team have been an absolute dream the last few years. Our Christmas trees always look incredible and the team are always so friendly. I would 100% recommend their services and will definitely be using them again.

I have used Maxine and her team at The Christmas Decorators for the past three years, not only for Christmas decorations but also for Easter and Halloween. That alone is a testament to the quality and consistency of their work.

Maxine is one of the easiest people to work with. From understanding what I’m trying to achieve, to creating mood boards, to organising installation and take-down dates, everything is handled seamlessly. The decoration day itself always runs smoothly and stress-free.

Having worked with Maxine for several years now, I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my seasonal decorating. The attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism are outstanding every time.
