I ordered by mistake from this company…
I ordered by mistake from this company and cancelled my order, I emailed them to confirm confirmation which took a few days to reply to me.
They came back this morning apologised for late reply and gave me a full refund and cancelled my order as requested.
I’m happy with how I was treated, I was annoyed at first as I felt I was ignored but they have apologised and I’m quite satisfied.

Great chilli oil with even better customer service
This is truly a company that offers excellent customer service. I had a problem with a delivery where one of the refill packs had leaked ( faulty pack, which would not have been detected on despatch). Having contacted customer service, I had a prompt response (within 30 mins on a Saturday lunchtime). I sent a couple of pics over and bingo....a replacement was on its way. Superb. Oh.. and the chilli oil is the best I’ve had from anywhere 😀🌶🌶

Screwed up my order and then turned it all around, Thanks
Screwed up my order, sent me the wrong oil, I complained and they more than made good. I could reduce the stars for the original blunder but mistakes happen, so it's how you react that counts. These guys turned it around, sent more of the correct oil than I had originally ordered and apologised. I will continue to buy oil from them, I will continue to recommend them and, if I'm lucky, they'll get my order wrong again and I'll get more oil to try.... Thank you
