Poor quality jewelry- bought a cute bracelet for over 120 pounds, broke after a month. I found the same bracelet in Mexico for $10 and its quality is better and lasted a lot longer.
Customer service is terrible- I reached out to get the bracelet fixed or replaced and they tried to charge me for fixing it. When you spending over 100 pounds on a bracelet the quality is expected to be better and customer service should be better. They still need to learn customer service.
