Everything about my experience with The Carpet Cleaning Company was excellent from the initial quote, which was quick and competitive, to the pre-visit checks to the clean itself. John, who undertook the clean, was professional, turned up on time and explained everything to me. There was a pre clean spray then a full extraction. The end result was as I hoped; fresher smelling settees which felt cleaner in their texture and, despite being a difficult colour to see stains or a good clean, looked better too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team or use them again.

Bedroom carpet clean after the previous occupiers left the carpet in a mess.
We also painted the walls and skirting before hand and left some droplets and patches of paint. Everything was removed and cleaned great job !

We're very pleased with the service we received from The Carpet Cleaning Company. We've never used a carpet cleaner before, so were a bit unsure what to expect – but we needn't have worried. I had a quick and easy phone call with Niamh to get a quote and book us in. From then on, all communication happened quickly and efficiently over WhatsApp, which was a really refreshing experience. The cleaner who arrived, John, was super friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home – he got set up and running in no time. Just a couple of hours later, our carpets and sofa were spotlessly clean and noticeably brighter. Wish we'd done this years ago, to be honest! Would highly recommend.

My 17 year old sofa hadn’t ever been professionally cleaned and having moved home I thought it deserved a refresh. The Carpet Cleaning Company were responsive, asked very sensible questions about access (first floor maisonette) before quoting to check they’d be able to do the cleaning and once confirmed gave me a clear quote, no hidden extras. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout. Sofa looks excellent having had a thorough clean. The technician advised me to be mindful that the fabric and inner cushioning would need a fair while to dry thoroughly (it took about 24 hours for drying as the cushions are very thick) so make sure you have something to sit on while it’s drying! Really great service and very happy with the result

I have to give James a big Thank you! I waited a little while to write this because I wanted to make sure the stains didn’t come back after my carpets dried. I’ve had that happen before with other carpet cleaners, but these stains stayed gone. He got the stains out that I had given up on.
I told him that I couldn’t afford new carpets, and I was trying to get a little more wear out of the carpet. He understood the assignment and really came through. My carpets look so much better.
I was so happy with the work that I had him come back and shampoo the interior of my car. When he finished, my car looked and smelled almost new. He even used an ionizer!
James is professional, his prices are affordable, and he even gave me same-day service. I’ve used him twice now, and both times he did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company. I will keep this number in my contacts. Thank you!

Easy to book on the phone.I was asked,the size of the room,type of carpet and age.Given advice about furniture etc and a quote.On the day ,the job was done efficiently and with care.Given excellent advice on aftercare when the job was completed.The fitted carpet has been restored to a degree I only dreamed of.The quote was accurate and I do not hesitate to recommend to all.

After my original enquiry, the conversation that followed, the realistic quotation, the acknowledgement, the gentle reminders of the appointment date, the call of apology to advise that Neil was running ten minutes late, his introduction and then the work, all done in a very professional way. They took the time to visit beforehand to see exactly what was needed and booked enough time to do the job properly. They arrived promptly, worked with great care, and did an excellent job on a very marked and tired-looking carpet. They also kept me well informed about when they expected to finish.

Neil land his colleague were very efficient, first identifying and treating the heavily stained areas and then going over the whole carpet very thoroughly. They were courteous and polite throughout the process and I'm very pleased with the result.

Rang after being let down by another company. The person I spoke too was extremely helpful and understanding. Received txt messages and phone calls on day from cleaner advising me of delays and he was also very polite. I discussed the job and left him to it. He cleaned the whole house, 3 bed semi, in good time with good results. Would recommend to anyone.
