I was very pleased with the level of service i received from Dean. He explained things clearly and obtained a good rate ( eventually) Also Toby deserves a mention for patiently talking me through the sign up procedure. Highly recommended

I gave this service 5 stars based purely on the good nature and helpfulness of Toby, who was my point of contact. More than that i couldn’t say but i’m sure, judging by our brief but painless telephone repartee that he is of sound character and will surely make someone a fine husband (if he hasn’t already). Alex was absolutely brilliant with us and extremely helpful.She kept us updated throughout every stage of our application.
The only slight hiccup we had was that a full quote/figure wasnt ran through to the lender before we went and reserved our chosen car and then found out they wouldn't pay the full price for it so we were left paying £550 towards it ourselves which really wasn't ideal but these things happen and I think this was just an oversight as we had looked at a different car the day before and that one had been ran through the system to the lender beforehand to check they would pay the full amount and get a repayment quote.All in all though it went great and the communication from Alex with regards to updates was faultless!

My advisor was hannah, she was absolutely brilliant, sourced finance quickly and efficiently, always polite and professional highly recommended, from 1st contact to completion only 3 days 10/10 for hannah
