For the price of the shoe is not worth it at all I bought 4 pairs for family members who have MS and they all had bad damage by month 3 I contact the corporate they said is nothing they can do sorry is out of the 90 day period. I have bought shoes from Walmart and dollar general that lasted longer than 3 months that cost $10 not 200 plus horrible customer service relationship and they do not stand by their product don’t waste you money of fall for their advertising video.i wish there was a way to post pictures

BEST SNEAKERS EVER!!!

I have MS, foot drop on both feet, Neuropathy & the list goes on.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE & TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE!!! I used to wear a brace around my ankle that hooked into my laces to pull my foot up, well I don't need it anymore with these sneakers. They totally work for me, my feet don't hurt anymore, im not in a hurry to take them off & they are so comfortable & feel light. I was afraid of the height difference but after 2 days I couldn't feel the difference anymore. You do have to get used to them, very different if it's your first time like me. My PT guy can see a difference in how I walk & how my foot is lifted, he actually wrote down the name to tell other patients. It's only been a week & I am beyond thrilled how great they feel, totally worth the $$. Just read some reviews & I'm sorry some people didn't have this experience, every condition, even the same, effects each one of us differently. I will be buying another pair 🙂

Over priced and over advertised. Not so great as they say.

Over advertised that these shoes are so great and help with foot drop, balance, walking better etc.
I have MS and struggle to walk and I was waiting for years for these shoes to be available in UK.
Then finally it happend I was able to buy from Cadense UK for much higher price than they are originally in US.
$199 is not the same as £199
I have paid for these shoes preordeded full price, after a month and a half I had them delivered to my house with delays.
First impression was - they are very comfortable and sliding mechanism work great.
Shoes are very heavy and tall making me being even more unstable, but I gave it a go and decided to wear them couple of days to get used because they meant to be fantastic and help with mobility.
I have been wearing shoes for couple of days but decided to return them for refund.
Return policy says that if I want full refund then shoes need to be in like new resaleable condition.
Ok now my question is how can I try and check if they are good and help without wearing and not even a tiny scratch.
I was charged a fine for shoes not being in like new condition.

Sadly Cadense are expensive and not really help with mobility.
Shoes are overpriced and overadverised in my opinnion.

They making a huge money on people who desperetelly looking to improve walking.

Dangerous shoe

The bottom of the shoe is dangerous if you have foot drop. The slick bars on the bottom caused me to slip and fall on the kitchen tile floor. Velcroe strap comes loose and is cheap made. This is not the answer for foot drop. Update: The Owner contacted me and is trying hard to improve any flaws and make adjustments to the shoe. He deserves credit for that.

THEY ARE DANGEROUS. If I could give them less I would.

If I could give them less I would.. THEY ARE DANGEROUS!!!
while comfortable and a good fit, the sole is like glass. Looking at the bottom the thread would make you think there was grip. Believe me there isn't.. I slipped both on ceramic and carpet.. I tried a slight incline, fortunately my wife was there to catch me from falling..

I have drop foot after spinal surgery... These aren't the solution.. not only are they expensive but took almost 2 months to arrive.

Wear them at your peril.

This is the worst online shoe store EVER!! I have been waiting for an order to arrive for 4 months now. I’ve contacted their team several times and they refuse to refund me because they are waiting for me to RETURN TO THEM the items I never received. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Do not buy!!

One star is the lowest I could give, if possible I would give zero. Saw their adverts and the shoes looked very nice. Paid £70 for a pair, which I didn’t think was cheap. The website labels them as ‘Italian’ and handmade, it’s only when you read the small print that you find out they are made in, and shipped from, China. The shoes that arrived were clearly not the ones advertised and were poorly made. Asked for a refund and was told I would have to return them to China (I accept this was my fault for not reading the small print)
Royal Mail tracked the parcel as far as the local depot in China. The item was never delivered. From speaking with other people who were not satisfied With purchases from them I believe the address probably didn’t exist, as we have all been given different return addresses. Luckily I paid through PayPal and have just had my money returned to me, but it took two and a half months from the date I returned them.
Unless you are prepared to pay full price for a pair of shoes that barely resemble the ones you expect to arrive, do not buy from this company. It’s a complete scam
