Media the Social Media Wigs looked Nice and so I decided to Order. Also to Support smaller Businesses. At first i contacted the Customer Service Chat and the response was quick as I had to change the Order.
Since then no response on my questions , no reply or Updates concerning my Order . I dont even have shipping Details After 5 days of ordering. For that Price I am disappointed in the Service.

I already knew the hair was going to be of the highest quality as my daughter and clients have used this company. I got a 28 inch deep wave bundle deal and tbh I checked if I was actually a deal so checked by adding 3 single bundles to my cart and the saving is astronomical. I got the bundles for collection (saved £10) and so glad I did as meeting the owner was also a great experience. She super friendly, but professional. I gave her some feedback and she took it so gracefully. It’s like I made a friend, I respect what she’s doing; black women owning her business and keeping all women happy and feeling great about themselves. I know this hair will last me about 3 years and have already recommended this hair to my clients (I do hair and make wigs) and urge you to get your bundles now! The fact you can use kalrna is the added bonus that most don’t do! I literally can’t say enough good things about The Bundle Cabin ♥️👌🤩

This is my fourth time purchasing with The Bundle Cabin and on each occasion the customer service has been exceptional. The HD lace is honestly just amazing!

Hair quality was everything, i love the goodies that came with it. I only would like a tail comb in it.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ORDERING FROM BUNDLE CABIN! My go to place to order hair. The first time i ordered was part of the black friday sales and the company still went above and beyond to redirect my order given i was traveling to Ghana. The quality of the hair is amazing and the frontal is the best ive seen. Im especially love the 7 *7 frontal ! I ordered again last week for hair for my wedding and received the order in good timing! Cant wait to wear it!

Communication is excellent, service is friendly I will definitely be ordering again. I haven't installed the hair yet so it's hard to comment on that but based on the level of service I'm sure they're selling excellent product.

I purchase my first order from the bundle cabin 2+ years ago and till this day the hair is still in excellent condition. After many washes my frontal and bundles have stood the test of time. The best quality by far, amazing customer service will continue to purchase from this brand!
