I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

I ordered two shirts which were marketed as premium products, but the reality was very disappointing. The quality was extremely poor — thin material, cheap construction, and nowhere near what was advertised. For items priced around £30 each, this felt more like low-grade mass-produced clothing than anything “premium.”

When I tried to return them, the situation became even worse.

Despite presenting themselves as a UK-facing brand, I was instructed to return the items to a warehouse in China at my own expense. This cost me £31.85 in international tracked shipping — already a significant portion of the original order value.

I followed their process exactly:
- Returned the items on time
- Used tracked shipping as instructed
- Provided all documentation

The parcel reached China but was then held in customs for an extended period before ultimately being returned back to me. As a UK customer, I have no ability to resolve customs issues in China, which makes this return process fundamentally unworkable.

Despite this, the company has refused to issue a refund unless the item physically reaches their warehouse — effectively leaving me out of pocket for both the original purchase and the return shipping, through no fault of my own.

This entire experience has been unacceptable:
- Poor product quality
- Misleading brand positioning
- An unreasonable and impractical returns process
- Refusal to take responsibility when that process fails

At this point, I have had to escalate the matter through my card provider.

If you are considering ordering, be aware that you may be dealing with:
- Low-quality imported goods
- Expensive international returns
- Significant difficulty obtaining a refund

Proceed with caution.

I was looking for something clean and simple and this fit that idea perfectly. The shirts really stand out offering a nice structure while staying relaxed. I’ve worn mine to meetings and casual outings and it works well for both. The price seems reasonable for what you receive. There was a small loose thread but it’s nothing major.

Purchased the jacket and hoodie as a set, and both have held up well with frequent wear. The jacket works nicely for UK weather, offering warmth without being too thick. The hoodie is cozy and looks well put together. The fine stitching and overall finish add a nice premium touch.

I appreciate clothes that just work without shouting for attention. got some pants and a sweater and they fit right into my wardrobe. easy to dress up or down depending on the day. not perfect but very consistent quality. shopping experience was smooth which is always a plus

Picked up a suit for a family event and i have to say it looked really polished. fit was better than expected considering it was online. felt confident wearing it which doesnt always happen. material feels breathable too, not heavy. will probably look here again when i need something smart but easy

Bought a pair of shoes and a shirt and they arrived on time without any issues. shoes were comfortable straight out the box which rarely happens for me. shirt looks smart without being too formal. feels like the kind of clothing you can rely on when you dont want to overthink what to wear

really like the whole simple british style vibe going on. got a set and a sweater and they both feel very wearable, not one of those items you wear once and forget about. works well for office days and weekends. the material feels soft and holds its shape after washing which matters a lot to me

**DO NOT BUY FROM HERE** Absolute SCAM. This company, the “British” gentleman operates out of China. They are crooks and the jumper they sent was the worst quality I have ever seen, not only that, it was a men’s large and I would be surprised if it fit my 4 year old. They have clearly bought reviews on here because I can’t see anyone giving more than 1 star.

First time ordering and i was a bit unsure but turned out pretty well. the hoodie and cardigan are comfortable and still look neat enough to wear outside, not just at home. quality is good for the price, nothing fancy but solid. sizing was mostly right though sleeves could be a tiny bit longer for me. overall happy

been looking for clothes that look put together without trying too hard and this really hit the spot. picked up a jacket and some pants, both easy to style with stuff i already own. feels like something you can wear daily and still look sharp. not flashy, just clean and classic which i like

Ordered a couple of shirts and a sweater and honestly was surprised in a good way. the fit feels very natural, not tight but still smart looking. i wore one shirt to work and then straight out for dinner after, no need to change which says a lot. fabric feels decent on the skin and not that stiff type you sometimes get. delivery to the uk was smooth too , would defo buy again

This company is a scam. The address and phone number on the website are in UK address but when you want to return . you have to pay to return to china. The quality is very bad . I hope someone can take down this website . DO NOT SHOP IN THIS COMPANY!

Very poor quality product, website looks great and looks British but it’s shipped from china and if you want to return, it is to china at your own expense. They offered me 10% refund without me sending it back.

Do not buy from this site. The clothes are of poor quality, come from China, and there are problems with returns. They refund you 20% of the item and you could end up with a broken garment. It is a very bad site to buy from.

Bought some shoes, was a tricked by the initial positive reviews/score at the time (all created at the same time, when the website launched, which I overlooked). Product is much cheaper material and not the same as advertised, and is shipped from China, not the UK or Netherlands as heavily implied. They will offer you a partial refund vs shipping back to China which they say processing times might be very long. Ended up taking a 30% refund which works out about same as if I had shipped back.

It's cheap Chinese clothing delivered from there, I would not recommend buying from this website

Poor quality, cheap material, bad fit. Returns at our own cost, typically 50-60% of the original price according to their own customer support. This is not what they advertise.
