Great and helpful costumer service
Great and helpful costumer service. I orderd 6 different items, both from the newest collection trip of terror, and from some older. The most important one here will be the trip of terror hoodie.
Everything went pretty well with that. I ran into some problems with the carriers (DHL and Postnord) since they didn't notify me when my package arrived, and therefor returned it to theboys.store. I was very panicked about this, since I would have loved to wear the merch for the final trip of terror video. But because it got returned, I can't.
Now, I have been emailing back and forth with costumer service, and she was so helpful. I was perssistant and kept asking quistions about how I could get my package back.
Now I will get half of my first order to be returned and the other refunded, since some of the items was now sold out/out of stock.
They could't send me the remaining items, (which I don't really understand, since the items where already packed and shipped to me in the first place, then returned, and now can't be sent back?)
I still don't understand that part, but that dosen't matter, because I found the trip of terror hoodie I orderd in the first place, was now selling as a pre-order on the website, and I knew that that was my hoodie, because I orderd it in a size Medium, and before, everything was sold out, but after my package got returned, they now had a size Medium hoodie available for a pre-order.
Now, I knew I was getting a refund for the hoodie from the first place, but now, I've just reused the money, to buy my hoodie again:)
None of this is websites fault, since it was the carriers who messed up. And I am just very happy with the costumer supports help, information, and quick replies. I will be buying from here again.
When I updated the costumer support on my new purches with the trip of terror hoodie, and the earing pack, their response was so nice, it melted my heart. I am so happy for these guys being my favourite youtubers, and haveing such great custumer service, she really did try everything in her power to help me get through the situation.
I am now one happy teenager, waiting for a whole two orders, with some awesome merchendice. And this time, I will be keeping a close eye with the carriers, to make sure I recive my packages this time:)
If you are reading this, and mad about something this website has said, take this as a note: Take a deep breath, keep calm and keep tryining. Yes it takes some time for the orders to come to EU, I have tried it now a few times.
