Awful service
I received the incorrect item .. after weeks of trying to get hold of the company I was able to send back the item and wait for my replacement.
I had no correspondence to know when to expect this new item and therefore missed the attempted delivery.
It was then agreed I get full refund. After numerous messages, I am now nearly 30 days awaiting my refund. I am out of pocket with no item.
And continuing to ask for my refund that is owed.

Ordered on 5/11/23. No communication regarding my order being dispatched. Emailed on 16/11/23 and had no reply. I emailed first thing 17/11/23 and still no reply. Also tried phoning 3 times and no answer on any occasion. I have raised this with PayPal and take things higher if no communication is made within the next week.
