A week ago I would have told you this was one of my favorite casinos however it has taken a drastic turn from a five-star rating to a one-star rating and they only had to do one thing to deserve that one star from me. I'm not going to drag this review out I'm going to try and make it short and sweet but as straightforward and honest as I possibly can. This casino used to give me daily login rewards sometimes up to $2 in one day which I believe is very generous especially when you play 10 cents slots like I do, and believe me they have plenty of those or at least they did until I slacked off buying SC packages and then they decide to do something that I think is so despicable and tasteless I will no longer play there and that is they marked all the games that I normally play at 10 cent a spin, up to 50 cent and a dollar a spin so there would be no way for me to win or spin more than once or twice , with the gifted coins that I received! So that's it in a nutshell folks. They say they're an sweepstakes casino and it's always free to play but they're full of s***! They want your money and they want it all!! I absolutely loathe casino platforms that pull this kind of stuff!!!

STILL NO UPDATE-
I AM STILL BANNED AFTER REDEEMING ANOTHER $600 AFTER A SUCCESSFUL REDEMPTION. I was told
Because my daughter has a verified account, that they are banning and closing my account AFTER I WIN BIG. I didn’t have any issues with a $100 redemption (yes my daughter had an account then too) so I decided to repurchase and try to win more, and I did, I hit for $1000 and put in a $500 redemption and then another $100 which stayed pending for 3 days before they banned my account. THIS IS NOT OKAY. You can’t ban my account after I’ve already redeemed successfully with no issues, my daughter still had her separate account with the successful redemption, so why not that I won more money, you ban and withhold my redemption. I will be visiting the BBB down the street from my house in Phx if this is not resolved.

We play on multiple different sites and have redeemed with no issue on large redemptions. Ironically, the boss.us had no issue redeeming $100 but once I put in a larger redemption, you ban me?! This is NOT okay. Either you lift the ban or I will be posting here, Reddit, your socials, etc.

The promos when you first start playing are awesome. They discount the packages tremendously so your getting more opportunity for your money than usual. Customer service is iffy sometimes and it takes a little while to hear back from a live person rather than an automated message sometimes. They are friendly though. Once you're discounted packages run out though that's it apparently because i haven't gotten any discounts or bonuses in a couple weeks. tons of fun games to choose from but wish it was more clearly marked which have are available in which areas so you don't have to deal with the let down from being excited about playing a particular game just to have it pop up after you clock on it that you can't even play that game. Redemptions get a little sketchy when you have a larger amount to redeem. If possible redeem in smaller increments over several days so as to not run into the issue of extra verification process
