Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I bought a bonsai on Nov 2024 for more than 700 euros and it has been more than 3 months and I haven’t received it yet. I’ve been writing to them (because they don’t have number) to tell me when so will receive the Bonsai or give me the refund, the the begging they were just reply that they needed to check with the correct area what was happening and come back to me, never came back with an answer, and now they are not replying nothing at all. It is so stressful, totally I do not recommend it

Pot arrived broken

Bought a bonsai a month and a half ago to give as a birthday present for my son’s 16th. When it arrived the pot was completely broken. I immediately reported to customer service and received reassurance they would send me a new pot, but they keep delaying in spite of the many messages I sent. I haven’t heard of them for almost 2 weeks and I’m asking for a refund. Awful experience.

Great service

Costumer service was great...rapid response and clear clarifications. I bought a Tsukimi bonsai and got 2! we quickly resolved the mistake and I was gifted the other one! Its been a little over 2 months now, I have been enjoying the 'twins' so far and couldn't be happier. Get you a Bonsai from the Bonsaist!!

Very good service

Very good service. Had some issues with the delivery and they gave me very positive responses to fix my order. When it was fixed (quickly) they gave me a little present too! Very happy with my order and service provided. Will buy again

great products and good service!

i’ve ordered two bonsai trees already and i love them! the team is very easy to get a hold of through email when i had questions and a broken scale because of shipping. they immediately fixed the problem by sending a new one! would definitely recommend them and i love the customer service team! thank you and definitely gonna order again in the future!

Tree not matching website & unhealthy

Order a bonsai on June 18 and received it on June 22 and was very disappointed. The tree doesn't look anything like the photo on their website. Tree was also not trimmed and contains yellow leaves and dead branches. Customer support is also not friendly: it was "not possible" to see/choose the tree before ordering. Requests are simply rejected and when the problem was reported, they simply ignore.
Never buy from this shop!

Bonsai order

On 31/02 we received our bonsai, on 12/02 we had some mold and asked for advise, we received good info and followed every step as advised. The mold is not going away and is already in the branches of the bonsai.

We asked for refund or replacement, this because we think the bonsai was already sick when received, the problems started verry soon after arriving.

We send a e-mail on 04/03, until now it is radio silence.

Disappointing Experience: Still Waiting for My Order!

I placed an order on February 20th, and it's been over 10 days now, yet I still haven't received a tracking code. Despite numerous emails sent, I have yet to receive a clear response. This has been an incredibly frustrating online shopping experience, and I'm left uncertain about when I'll finally receive my Bonsai

POOREST SERVICE

POOREST SERVICE. We selected a plant & paid on 04 February 2024 for our Grand Son on his birthday because he is very found of Bonsai, today is 21 February 2024 & still waiting our consignment. Your site & customer Services are very poor, they dont give us right information.

Knowledgeable guys and an excellent…

Knowledgeable guys and an excellent service. Had some issues with my bonsai, (due to my faulty care), and they helped me very well. Also big compliments to how the bonsai was shipped, packed with care in a moist environment. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the place for great Bonsai!

I can absolutely recommend the bonsaiist. After ordering, shipping was super fast. The bonsai tree was packed with a lot of love and care. The tree was even damp when unpacked.

I will definitely order again 👍🏻

Better than the one at the karate kid

Bought a bonsai for a friend of mine's birthday a few days ago. Have to be honest, I wasn't sure if it would arrive completely 100% damage-free due to shipping. But when I opened the box at home, is was totally positively surprised, the care applied in packing was very good. The instructions on how to care for the tree were clear which means the tree is now at its best.
I can therefore definitely recommend the Bonsaist as a company to purchase a bonsai. And don't worry about the tree being damaged during delivery, because the Bonsaist takes care of that!!!

After ordering I received my package within two days and perfectly packaged too. The care guide also helped me to get started. Would recommend anyone to buy from these guys. Keep it up

Delivery times could be faster

I really love the look and feel of the product and the brand seems very well established, however I feel like delivery times could be quicker - it took over five business days to come.
