unreliable quality of the product, and very poor service

I have ordered some items last week. After received the package and checked all the production dates i'd like to return some of them since it was made in 2021! But the problem is after a few emails sent to request for the return i have never heard anything back from the customer support team. on the website there was clearly that within 14 days after receive the order customer can request the return via email. I'm very disappointed the service is so bad! after almost 10 years using the brand, it's the time to stop due the bad service!!!

Bankrupt company taking down its customers w/ it!

So I have been buying the Hemp heavy duty moisturizer for years. Not only is it no longer available on their website but they sell something that looks just like it purposely to trick customers. I used to buy a 6.7 oz tub for about $20. Now they have a small tub that looks exactly the same in their advertising as the large tub for about $20. You think you are buying the product you always purchased but when it shows up its ONLY 1.7 0z! SO THEY F**C YOU OUT OF 5 oz of PRODUCT!!!!! Total scumbag move!!

I used to love this shop but I’m done!!

I used to love this shop. They had a product Almond Milk and honey which they have changed to just Almond milk so it’s vegan but the texture isn’t the same and my skin doesn’t absorb it as well, and it doesn’t smell nice now. I used the butter on my face and it was wonderful. The new stuff is plain awful. On the last order I got oils of life sleeping cream and it burned my face, I had to wash it off quickly. I shan’t bother with anything from this company now.

The body shop. Be very careful when you go for a refill.

Helping towards recycling, I decided to buy my hand wash with a refillable container. This was my first time. The young lady had problems trying to fill the container and could not operate the scales because they have to weigh this. She then handed it to me and I immediately noticed it was as light as a feather, I probably had about £2 worth of soap in this container, they expected me to pay £6 at the till, absolutely shocking. I spoke to the young lady at the till who I assume might have been the manager and she reluctantly said did she weigh it, she had already taken it from me so she would have noticed it was as light as a feather, but she was not too concerned. I said no she could not operate the scales. She went down to the young lady and spent quite a long time trying to fill it. The container is still 20% from the top so I do not believe it is still the correct quantity but told me it was overfilled which is absolute nonsense. So I was not only insulted once, but twice. My message to you is if you go for a refill at the body shop be very careful about how they refill the product and always check that they have weighed it correctly. One very disappointed loyal customer. Disgraceful customer service.

Gift card did not arrive.

I ordered a gift card to be sent via first class post 10 days before the birthday. It didn't arrive. On contacting them they confirmed it had not been used so they sent a digital voucher to the recipient. I had to ask for a refund of the postage. There was little in the way of apology and the refund was grudgingly given. It gave me no faith in this company.

Terrible nuts mostly coconut

Terrible both the old August 2022 & new Jan 2023 packaging travel sizes. I’ve tried both also the Shea last year April 2022 I didn’t think much of it.
All of them are no good & I wouldn’t recommend any.
I don’t like the coconut at all it’s the worst out the ranges.

Best employees ever

The products from body shop are the only ones that do not irritate my skin ( I have urticaria). But I am writing this review because the gurl who helped chose the products was so nice. I could see she really enjoyed the conversation, she knew what each product was doing ( not just saying out what she had memorized) and made my experience very pleasant.
