STOP! Remove me from your customer list!!!!!!!
I asked many months ago to cancel all future shipments. That did not happen as I have been billed month after month after month for products I will not use. The creams have an off smell; the exfoliant tube is almost impossible to open or squeeze in a shower and it doesn't really do a whole lot; I have moved back to the mainland and have access to much better products and services. I have suspended my PayPal account so you cannot scam me for any more money. Your product is non-effective.

I like the product but not the auto shipping without warning
I like the product, but I do not like not being reminded of upcoming shippings. I am not able to delay a shipment when I’m out of town or not ready for more. That really annoys me!!

I really like both the exfoliates! I like the cream lotion. I am still hoping for better results. I always run out of thr cream and have lots of exfoliates by the time my next shipment arrives.

This is a scam.
The last time I contacted Body Firm I explained I was charge for 2 orders that were never sent. The representative ghosted me saying you have to subscribe to 3 orders at a time before receiving the product. I persisted til she said they would cancel my subscription but I would not receive back the $180 that was taken from my account. Such a scam!
